Even if the water reservoir isn't full, it still sloshes water out of the water fill opening. There should be a plug or guard so that the water doesn't slosh out.

Product Quality is excellent, I'm using the Steam Iron with smartSteam.

Has a variety of settings. Doesn't cause water stains from the steam option. Gets most minor wrinkles out but you have to really work to get the deep wrinkles out. It is a bit on the cheaper end so you get what you pay for I guess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought ironing was a thing that needed to be done but since I received this product to test for free, I figured I'd give it a go. I did get most of the wrinkles out of pants that haven't been wrinkle-free since the day I bought them which was nice. However, the iron doesn't seem to get the wrinkles out completely in some tougher areas like waistbands and seams. It a good little iron but I wouldn't rave about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really good iron. It doesn't leak water or leave wet spots on my clothes like my previous iron did. A great feature is that the iron will turn itself off in case you forget to do it! I also used this iron to get stains out of my carpet. I soaked the stain with a mixture of water and dish soap. Next, I placed a clean white rag over the stain and ironed out the stain. The steam really helped break up the stain!

I used it on my husband's work shirts that are always wrinkled and the results were fantastic.This is one powerful steamer. Works great on regular ironing as well. Glides over the fabrics alot better then my old fashioned iron! Would definitely recommend this iron.

It took the wrinkles right out of a shirt I normally won't wear because it's hard to get the wrinkles out. This iron went over the shirt smoothly and did not take very much time to iron. I recommend this iron for easily removing wrinkles from your clothes.

It gets hot in a minute and the steam is feature worked wonderfully. My husband has used it more than I and he loves it too. Just another quality item from the Black and Decker family of products.

I really liked using this iron, it is lightweight, handle fits my hand just right without cramping my hand during ironing. The cord length is perfect for ironing longer items such as jeans and sheets and large bath towels. I loved how quickly it heated up to full heat and the steam wasn't exceptionally hot to burn you. It released the wrinkles so quickly I was amazed how quick it actually was! It makes my ironing time so much shorter! The only drawback that I really noticed, which is totally minor in comparison to all the great features, is that the max fill line is written very lightly and somewhat hard to see. Other than that, GREAT product and sells for a really great price, I highly recommend this product!

This iron gives my clothes a crisp feeling and makes my appearance neat. It's easy to use and I like how it senses and adjust temperatures. Did a perfect job, while not getting so horrible hot that I didnt have to worry about it burning my clothes. the steam feature heats up very fast and works efficiently. Overall a great product. I would purchase this again as a replacement in the future
