A: Thank you for your question. The Delta Children Serena 4-in-1 Convertible Crib does not provide usable clearance beneath the crib for storage. The frame sits close to the floor, so baskets or storage bins cannot be placed underneath.

However, the crib includes an adjustable mattress support with multiple height positions, allowing you to raise the mattress when your baby is younger so it is easier to place them into and lift them out of the crib.

Although I like the quality of this product, you shouldn’t be advertising it as a bed that turns into four different beds, If you don’t sell it with the toddler guard rail that is not proper advertising.

Beustiful crib but quality is not there.

The crib is beautiful but did not pass the quality control test. It is stained poorly in areas where the wood comes together and has a spot that looks dirty but appears to be clear coat that got some dust on it. And it happens to be on the front of the crib. Target customer service was not helpful at all either!

Missing Parts

Arrived with missing bracket and bolt needed to attach the base to the crib frame. Delta will not send the missing parts and now I’ll have to dissemble and repackage and return to target to get a refund and then have to get a new crib

One of the holes on part B was drilled in the wrong place. We could not put that section together but everything else was able to be assembled. Targets customer service was horrible. They were unwilling to send us a new part B and also forcing us to send back this mostly assembled crib. I am 7 months pregnant, and disassembling the whole thing, bringing it down stairs and dragging it to ship is a huge inconvenience and almost impossible. Especially because this is in no way my fault and all on targets quality. I am extremely disappointed with the product and the customer service.

Chemical smell

I’ve had this crib for over a month now and it smells so bad — like chemicals!! It states that it’s greenguard certified but do your research. Now it appears my only options are to keep this awfully / potentially toxic crib or try and sell it for less than I paid… buyer beware!! I thought the smell would dissipate by now.
