The roller feels great. It is naturally cool without refrigerating. It warms up as you use it so I switch to the other end and it cools down again. It's good to stimulate your skin. It's pretty too, love the white jade.

Great quality and helps work my products in my skin.

When you put it in the freezer and use it it feels sooooo good and relaxing. My only 2 complaints are it does not stay cold very long but that's understandable so not a very big deal and it did not come with a package to put it in the freezer with but I just use the box it came in.

I would say that if you really want it to be cold is by leaving it in the refrigerator because that was a game changer for me. I tried using it with serums but I didn't like it. The eye part isn't really comfortable and the metal sides hit me in the eye sometimes. It feels comfortable and a nice massage but I have other ones I can use close to my eyes without hitting my eye. It's a good product and I'll keep using it as a face roller.

So I would get up in the morning clean my face and just roll it all over. The cooling jade felt smooth and comforting on my face. It actually arrived way before I expected. It has a nice weight to it, easy to clean and use. The roller can be put in the fridge to cool before use and works perfectly paired with my sheet masks to massage over them.
