Directions chew or crush tablets completely before swallowing. Do not swallow tablets whole. adults and children 12 years of age and over: for diarrhea: 2 tablets (1 dose) every 1/2 hour or 4 tablets (2 doses) every hour as needed, for overindulgence (upset stomach, heartburn, indigestion, nausea): 2 tablets (1 dose) every 1/2 hour as needed, do not exceed 8 doses (16 tablets) in 24 hours, use until diarrhea stops but not more than 2 days, children under 12 years of age: ask a doctor, drink plenty of clear fluids to help prevent dehydration caused by diarrheaOther information

I don’t know how much it actually helped with bloating or general stomach discomfort. I haven’t been able to test for how it helps with nausea yet. Flavor was decent and I like being able to chew it. Very portable option for travel.

I took it for bloating and it seemed to help, so I’m happy with the results. I’m not a big fan of chewables since I’d rather not taste the medicine, but overall, it’s a good product.

Works about the same as Pepto, maybe a touch less gritty, but nothing revolutionary. Feels like you're paying for a rebrand, not better relief. If you like paying boutique prices for basic over-the-counter results, go for it. Otherwise, Pepto still exists. 2.5–3 stars. Stylish, sure — but glorified Pepto is still Pepto.

I had a sour stomach and it took at least 15 minutes before I felt any relief from this product, and to boot the relief was very mild.
