Saved my supply!
3 months postpartum and my supply was tabking. I was lucky if I got 1 ounc a day. I was doing everything I could think of. first day I took this supplement I pumped 3 ounces. Day two I got 7 ounces. Day three about 10. Right now I just got 4 ounces in out sitting and feel I can pump again in a hour. I started leaking again which hasn't happened in a very long time. I haven't noticed any smells or issues with my baby pooping. I space out taking my pills every 4/6 hours.

I started taking this product mostly because it was on sale and I thought it couldn't hurt to try it out while breastfeeding. Flash forward a couple of months later I ran out of the supplements and figured I would just stop taking them cause I was not sure if they were actually doing anything. That very week my supply TANKED by 40%. I actually did not put two and two together until the end of the week when I realized I had stopped using this product and that coincided with my supply dropping. Started taking the supplements again and supply immediately went back up. Could not recommend this product more and I will definitely be using it until I start weaning.

Didnt sit well
This would be a no for me. I received these August 6th to help with milk supply. I was producing milk but August 8th my 2 week old was in the hospital for distended intestines. Four days in the hospital and doctor thinking he has a severe disease. However when they irrigated the colon green leafy waste came out.

This product is amazing. Personally I have no adverse reactions to fenugreek. I've tried teas and bars with little to no results, but fenugreek is the very thing that seems to really help me with my supply. I went from pumping 4 ounces to 6 ounces.
