I used this on my first baby 6 years ago I don’t know why I didn’t use any products from this brand with my second but this time with my third I definitely am. We love it we’ve had no issues with it but of course ask your babies doctor. These are great and so beneficial. Cannot wait to buy more and will be passing on the recommendation to those soon to be mamas

As a breastfed baby, it is essential that she receives vitamin D daily, and the probiotic helps immensely with digestion. Just five drops a day is all she needs.

However, unlike the vitamin D drops without the probiotics, this version required 5 drops for a full serving instead of 1. Our breastfed newborn was not a fan of the taste which made our already struggling babe more reluctant to latch (I added the drops to the inside of a nipple shield so it was mixed with the breastmilk). I don't know if a formula/bottle fed baby may respond differently, but these aren't for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very cautious with giving my newborn baby anything so it’s reassuring that this brand is by moms for moms. I used this brand for my first child and again for my second. We exclusively breastfeed so adding vitamin D is recommended by our pediatrician. Also, it’s always hard for me to tell if my baby is struggling with gas so the added probiotics to help with this is a bonus! Lastly, the dropper makes giving the vitamins really easy either straight into her mouth or on me before nursing.

I rated it 3 stars because of the use of sunflower oil as the carrier oil… seeds oils are not great but I suppose this is in such small doses it is ok- I’m still giving it to my baby on days when she’s not getting natural vitamin D through the sun as I breastfeed and I know the importance of vitamin D. Packaging is straight to the point. I like that it says non GMO, although organic would be better and I’d be willing to pay more for that. Overall ok product when used in moderation. I probably will stop giving this to her throughout the summer and start again once fall/winter comes.

The top is easy to open and close - I’ve managed to accomplish this with baby in one hand and the drops in another. Hard to gauge the effectiveness but I will continue to monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spoke with his nurse practitioner before using this, as we do with all OTC meds. She said she was a fan of probiotics and recommended them. It's nice that it includes vitamin D. He's a breastfed baby, so he has runny poops. A few days after using this, they became a little more solid (slightly sticky). He never had an issue with reflux, but once after starting this, he had yellow in his spit up. It was just the one time, so not sure if it had anything to do with the probiotic. No other side effects. I like the tall dropper, but the cap doesn't tighten like most med bottles, so if that's a concern you could use the cap that came on it out of the box. Be gentle with the dropper, it's easy to do two drops at once or hcg the drops come out fast.
