The texture is lightweight and absorbs quickly without leaving any sticky residue, which makes it easy to layer with other products. Over time, I noticed a visible improvement in post-acne marks and overall brightness. My skin looks more even and less dull. The combination of tranexamic acid and niacinamide works well to calm and gradually fade discoloration without irritating my skin. That said, results are not instant—you need consistency and daily sunscreen to actually see progress. It’s not aggressive, but that’s also why it’s gentle and suitable for regular use. Overall, a reliable serum if your goal is to improve dark spots and maintain a more even complexion.

I used one bottle of this with no issues. I thought it helped some with evening out skin tone. But my second bottle is causing breakouts. More like skin irritation than acne. There is no ingredient in this that shoukd be a problem for me, so I wonder if something has oxidized and I received a bad batch.

This product is great for my sensitive skin. Its such an affordable price and it does what i need it to. Help lift dark spots from acne overnight.

I have very reactive sensitive rosacea-prone skin and this serum has helped immensely for my acne hyperpigmentation without irritating my skin. I have very reactive skin that I cant even use vitamin C derivatives. This serum has no vitamin C or exfoliating acids, so its perfect for sensitive skin. It's definitely slow acting and you have to be very consistent with it but i can see my dark spots fading faster than if I didnt use anything.

If you do add more than one layer, it gets pretty sticky/tacky, so layering on more moisturizer and SPF can get tricky--particularly if you plan on putting on makeup. I also think that there are better products out there for discoloration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have problems with hyperpigmentation and was happy to find this serum. I have been using the serum for about two weeks and feel like it’s working already. I hope I can see more results using it long-term.

I don't use this on my face. I actually use it on my abdomen to fade discoloration of surgical scars. It has a nice light texture and doesn't feel sticky. I use it every day in the morning and at night I apply retinol. The combination of the two products has really done a nice job at lightening the discoloration of my scars. I also love that there are multiple active ingredients for fading discoloration so it's a great all in one serum!

I have been using this since May and I will say its nice to have a product that addresses all sides of hyperpigmentation especially for black people. Very well formulated and a huge bottle. I use it 4x a week once a day. I have reactive super sensitive acne prone skin and eczema so I definitely purged. I started off slow 1x a week for 2 weeks the went up from there. You have to be serious about using sunscreen and a hat. Any serum will take a while to work nothing is magic in a bottle but if youre patient its worth it for older marks. New marks barely leave a mark and goes away fast. I combined mine with microneedling and my skin looks wayyyy different.
