I take magnesium every night and pill farm so I was excited that I received this product free for testing purposes. It is a bit pricey, but for good quality ingredients and vitamins I can justify the purchase in the future. My husband and I enjoyed it warm and cold! Taste like iced tea and lemonade mixed! I thought maybe it was just a one time thing so tried again and same result. Did not help me sleep and made me feel sick. I may just have a different reaction to it than other people but that was my experience from it.
