good product, flawed execution
I love this product. I bought it on a whim after trying many things to fill my sparse brows. The problem is the lid. It ejects off of the liner. The first one I bought, lid cracked and wouldn't stay on and dried out in one day. I bought another one and it lasted about a week and lid just disappeared. Dried out a again. $25 wasted. I hope Loreal will fix the packaging.

I really liked this eyebrow pen but the last two times I purchased it, no matter which color I purchased (dark blonde or light brunette), the color was more of a red/auburn. I thought the first time it happened, it was just a fluke, so I bought it again and same thing. Thankfully I was able to receive a refund for both and now I'm switching to the NYX eyebrow pen. Hopefully their colors aren't randomly off.

To achieve the most accurate color payoff, we suggest applying the double-brush pen to clean, dry skin that is completely free of moisturizers or foundations, as these can sometimes interfere with how the tint develops. Storing the pen horizontally and giving it a gentle shake before use can also help ensure the pigments are perfectly blended for a more consistent shade application. While we are sorry this particular formula was not a perfect match, we hope you find the precision and color stability you are looking for in your new brow routine.

90s Over-Plucked Brows? This Actually Works (With Prep)
This pen is great for creating natural hair like strokes on sparse or over tweezed brows without looking heavy. As someone who over tweezed in the 90s and now keeps a minimal routine, this is one of the better brow products I have used. The double brush tip is the standout. It gives good control and makes realistic strokes. It works best if you prep correctly. Do not use moisturizer around the brows. Let sunscreen dry for 5 to 10 minutes. Set hairs first with a clear gel before applying. It is not truly 24 hour wear. After a full day and even sleeping in it, I still needed a light touch up the next morning, but less than usual. Downsides. The formula can run in warm temperatures. I am in Arizona and notice this often. Shaking it can cause too much product to come out and waste in the cap. The cap also feels fragile and can crack easily in a bag. One shade works for quick routines, but two shades would give more dimension. Bottom line. Great for natural looking brows if you prep properly, but packaging and longevity need improvement.
