Worth it
I’m not a coffee expert, barista, or anything like that. I just love a great latte, and I’m always amazed at how good it can be in a good coffee shop. I tried a few different machines at home, but could never get anything like a really good coffee shop latte. This machine shows me how to make the best lattes I’ve ever had. Worth every penny.

Second machine; starting to regret it (first one temp sensor stopped working)
I loved my first Breville Touch, but after a couple of years the temperature sensor stopped working. When I contacted the company, they focused more on asking what kind of coffee beans I was using than on the issue itself. Since it was out of warranty, I had to send it in for repair, which were costly and took over five weeks in total. In the meantime, I bought the Touch Impress. At first, I was really impressed and loved it. But after a while, I started noticing that the grind was extremely inconsistent. I would brew a cup at grind setting 18 and it would be fine. An hour later, I’d make another latte and the espresso would drip out for 48 seconds, resulting in barely half an ounce. I’d change it to 19 and then it would run too fast and tell me to adjust the setting again. I’d go back to 18 and it would still just drip. Over the last couple of months, I’ve also noticed that the dial seems to change the grind setting on its own. It might be set to 18, and within seconds it switches to 20 or even 21 while you’re looking at the screen. It’s very inconsistent. The grind is inconsistent, and the brew is inconsistent. The machine itself is nice, and when it works the espresso tastes great. The milk frother also works really well. But overall the experience has been frustrating. I’m not sure what to do at this point, but I’m working with support to see if they can help. However, based on my experience, I do not recommend this product.

Excellent Machine
The machine itself is excellent, although milk frothing isn't as good as with Rancillio machines. Unfortunately, the free coffee that comes along with the purchase does not do the machine justice

Beginner easy espresso machine!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LITERALLY THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!! This is so so worth it, especially with someone who is a beginner with espresso machines. It works best with beans that are more fresh and you can definitely tell the difference. I have a Keurig and Nespresso and this machine single handedly replaced them both. Touch screen, built in grinder and milk frother - it’s literally perfect.

Luxury coffee

The Breville touch impress can make you an Americano, Latte or a Cappuccino! It fresh press your beans and you then use the ground to make you a delicious cup of coffee and let me tell you it taste so fresh not sour! Then you can steam milk if you want to make a latte or Cappuccino and it’s literally so good! I have owned and do own a lot of expensive coffee makers, one start with a J… and is twice the money and it’s not nearly as good as this and the coffee doesn’t come out at all as good as this! I served my dinner guest and after dinner coffee from my Breville machine and they were all really impressed! This is the coffee machine you need its quality coffee and you will have no need to go to an expensive coffee house to get your coffee now you can make it right at home and think of the money you can save and It’s easy to set up and clean!!

Taste and set up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely one of the best products I have received. Setup up was good I used YouTube to walk me through the process which made it easier. Temperature of the coffee was great milk frother was amazing. When you do turn it on it makes some noise and when grinding coffee it’s noisy but not to bad. The coffee you get from this machine is fantastic. It has a little hidden compartment for the pieces which is nice

My oldest daughter is a coffee connoisseur and barista at various local establishments. She recommended this product to her coffee-challenged parents and we are loving it! Never had better espresso based drinks, and considering the user, that's saying something!

Do Not Buy - Low Build Quality and Reliability
I bought one in June 2024, and nine months later in March the unit would not power on. I returned it under warranty to be repaired and they returned it two weeks later fixed and said it was a faulty ground connection. Now in February 2026, almost 1 year after the repair and less than two years since new, the power button is faulted. I can’t use the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Breville Barista Touch Impress and it’s a beautiful, high quality espresso machine. It’s semi automatic, so you need to be involved in making your coffee. The touchscreen guides you step by step, and it heats up very fast. The coffee tastes great, and the milk comes out smooth and creamy. But as a mom of three kids, my mornings are very busy. I don’t always have extra time to grind, tamp and steam milk. I usually prefer a machine where I can press one button and my coffee is ready. If you enjoy being part of the coffee making process, this machine is great choice. But if you want something quick and fully automatic, it might not be the best fit for busy mornings

I was worried it would be hard to use but it is foolproof. It gives you step by step instructions on how to make all kinds of coffees… lattes, espressos, cappuccinos, flat whites. It grinds your coffee beans to perfection, brews your coffee expertly and heats your milk to the right temperature. It comes with all the necessary tools for the perfect cup of coffee including a cleaning kit. I may never have to step foot inside a coffee shop again. I highly recommend!

The results that it produces are insane : clean and smooth espresso tha doesn’t taste cheap at all . Its output proves that greatness. The materials are easy to put together and install. They all look safe as well. This mà him is one of my friend has had before and it’s last her for such a long time. I am excited for that. Controls are very intuitive and easy to learn .it makes minimal to no noise so I would totally recommend this product!!!

Never buying coffee out again!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] O B S E S S E D. never thought I would be able to make my perfect latte at home but this Breville touch impress has done exactly that - impressed me!! Not only is it aesthetically beautiful but it’s so user friendly. I purchased some beans and was able to set this up in about 10 minutes. It does take a little bit of perfecting but that has more to do with the coffee beans and grind size than anything! So i am still learning and perfecting but it’s amazing! The extra accessories like the double and single shot filters, the milk frothing cup and the built in tamper make this machine so easy and reliable. beneath the brewer is a storage piece that magnitudes to the water tray. It heats up so quickly there’s virtually no down time, im convinced it’s faster than my “one touch” machines i’ve had in the past. The metal and pieces feel very durable and the manual makes maintenance seem very simple. the water tank has a tracker to help you remember when the filter should be changed and the frother cleans itself after each use.

Makes my morning coffee so much better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t believe I went so long without this machine. It can make you any type of coffee from espresso shots to lattes and cappuccinos. It takes you a bit to try and figure out the coffee situation on how to get the perfect amount of coffee and water but one you figure that out it’s pretty easy. My favorite feature is the frother. I loveeeee some foam and you can make foam out of any milk! It’s touch screen so it’s super easy to use. My mornings are now better because of this machine
