HORRIBLE, ever since i bought this horrible brush it has never worked!! I will charge it overnight and it turns on for 10 sec then the battery dies and it doesn't turn back on till i charge it for hours again. Ive never been able to use the electric brush. NEVVERR

This says it’s a timer but not in the sense you would think. This pulsates every 30 seconds but keeps going after the 2 minute mark. Not sure what the point is but good job on marketing. Got me there!

Would give negative stars if I could. The brush head design is ridiculous- it develops mold so quickly. And this is supposed to be a brush for kids. If you use it, keep an eye on the two brush head openings. But not worth the risk in my opinion.

While it’s rare, mold can develop after use if the brush is stored in a damp area or comes into contact with certain cleaning agents or soaps that can make the plastic porous. To prevent this, it’s important to clean and dry your brush after each use. For our rechargeable brushes, rinse the brush head under running water with the handle on. Then switch it off, remove the head, clean both parts separately, and dry them before reattaching. We hope this is helpful. It's not a two minute timer
The description says the timer helps kids brush for two minutes. This is misleading. It does not, as you would expect, shut off after two minutes. It vibrates every thirty seconds. So, after several months, I discovered my kids have been brushing for thirty seconds.

Died after 3 months of use
After only 3 months of use the battery will no longer hold a charge. Tried bases from other oral b brushes and no luck. This toothbrush also goes much slower than other oral b we own and my daughter dislikes the odd vibrations.
