The packaging is super cute!
The packaging is super cute! It also helps with my cravings for sweets (and is much more efficient with it's macros than a normal toaster pastry. This is a great replacement for the typical sweet treats out there.

Pasty and Dry
Pasty nastiness, I would’ve preferred 10g of protein with more flavor than how much this tastes like only mashed protein powder and artificial sugars. Overly fake sweet. Bad texture. Super dry so make sure you have a drink. I tried it both room temp and microwaved like the package suggests and did not help the texture at all. Glad I gave it a try, but these are not for me.

Not good
While I don’t expect a miracle from “health foods” these weren’t even edible.

Literally terrible
If i could give this negative stars I would… You guys should actually be ashamed by how bad these taste. It taste nothing like a pop tart, everything about the pastry tastes fake, and why is there red 40 in protein snack? My 9 year old daughter spit it out after she took a bite… TRASH

Tastebuds don’t lie
I was at the check and saw your product on the shelf. I’m always willing to try a new product containing substantial amount of protein. When I got home looked at the ingredients listed and wasn’t thrilled with what I read! Followed the brief warming instructions and tasted the pastry. What an unsatisfactory product! It had an unappealing artificial and doughy flavor. I looked up your website and read the description of the product which was truly over the top! I can’t believe anyone would have given this product more than a 1 star.

Sickeningly Sweet Taste
I love a strawberry toaster pastry but this was sickeningly sweet tasting. I was so excited when I saw these and couldn't wait to try them. I went into it with an open mind knowing it was likely to taste very different from other toaster pastries. Unfortunately, it had a super sweet, almost chemical taste to it. I didn't mind the density of the pastry but couldn't get past the over-the-top sweetness and could only eat about a third of one before throwing it away. I just wish I could return the rest for a refund. 🫤

Disgusting
Maybe it’s because I didn’t warm it up but this was absolutely disgusting. I took one bite and even that was too much. You might like it but I did not

Good high protein treat
I like these. i feel like the negative comments are looking for sugary tasting flaky pop tarts? Are these like pop tarts? no. A bit pricey, but they are a higher protein, low carb, low sugar, and gluten free treat! perfect for those trying to manage protein, sugar, carbs, and on a permanent GF diet. (if you know you know) They are more like a cake texture not flaky. They are better heated a bit (thus the minus one star) and a good sub for a sugary treat (or tasteless cardboard protein bars) and keep you full with the protein. I've tried strawberry, blueberry, chocolate, and cherry crumble. I've also tried the chocolate donuts and the nacho cheese chips. I recommend all these except the cherry crumble and chocolate donuts.

Worse for your health - more than poptarts
Has anyone read the ingredients?? lol full of dyes. Red 40- yellow 5, blue 1 and yellow 6. I didn’t even eat it, lol. I will just go buy pop tarts at this point, wtf. How is this considered healthy?!

Rainbow mold
The taste is decent considering the protein, but the texture is like eating a shoe. And just look at the package versus the product you receive. This is flat out false advertising, it looks nothing like a toaster pastry. Are those supposed to be sprinkles or rainbow mold? Very disappointed.

It’s not a bad flavor
It’s not a bad flavor but it’s not my favorite one that you guys have. I still recommend though for a nice treat in the morning after it’s zapped for 11 seconds in the microwave.

These are so addictive which
These are so addictive which in theory makes these beyond dangerous to eat. I've tried the chocolate and the strawberry one and I have to remind myself not to eat TWO in one sitting. Can't wait to try the other flavors. May I suggest a flavor. . raspberry?

Legendary Strawberry Pop-Tarts are elite.
Legendary Strawberry Pop-Tarts are elite. Perfect balance of sweet, fruity, and nostalgic — crispy outside, soft inside, and actually packed with flavor instead of tasting like sugar cardboard. The strawberry filling tastes real, not fake or overly syrupy, and the frosting-to-crust ratio is dialed in perfectly. Honestly, Legendary as a brand just doesn’t miss. Their products consistently feel higher quality than the average snack — better ingredients, better flavor, and better texture. You can tell they actually care about making stuff that tastes good and feels like a treat, not just processed filler. If you grew up on classic Pop-Tarts and want an upgraded, more premium version, Legendary Strawberry is top-tier. 10/10 would buy again — and probably hide from my kids.

No, thank you.
Smells like crafting resin and tastes like play-doh and chemicals. There are much better tasting things to get your protein from.

Shrinking Product
Love the Strawberry Protein Pastries! HOWEVER, these tasty treats have become smaller & smaller…and now skimping on the frosting (!?!). C’mon, the frosting is the best part! Nevertheless, I will continue to buy, because I’m addicted to them. 😩

Strawberry pop tart wannabe taste horrible. Has a plastic consistency and taste like it too. I ate one and gave it another chance. Ended up throwing the rest in the trash. Yuck 🤮

changed for the worst
Legendary has changed everything about their products. The texture is mushy now, the filling is dry and minimal. these products used to be amazing but now they are my last resort.

good in a pinch, wish they didn't include the sprinkles in the frosting. it's almost like the sprinkles make you taste the dye
