This product cleaned well, but left a horrible odor. Lingered for awhile-it's a shame because it cleaned well.

It did a great job on my floors. It took away the dullness. I am excited to try the polish next.

I bought a bottle of this to try to try. I am amazed at how great it works. I have a house with all hardwood floors and absolutely no carpet. I have three dogs. This took dark spots away and got my floors extremely clean. I highly recommend this product.

The Deep Cleaner is great in areas where the dirt builds up like the kitchen, entry, and the dogs' hang out spots. Cleans away the dirt and leaves no streaks. Works especially well with the Deep Clean Pad.

I’ve used this product on my Brazilian hardwood since I’ve had them. It does a great job and is never slippery!

Butoxypropanol is more toxic than the other ingredients in this product. Wish they would use a least toxic replacement for this solvent.

I cannot stand the smell it leaves in my home. I love the other products I have but have to throw this one out.

With all due fairness to the manufacturers product claims, it's very powerful and does exactly what they say. It loosens and removes heavy dirt build-up. What the consumer should be aware and keep in mind is that if your floors have dirty layers of wax, finishers, and old coats of polish as mine does The Deep Cleaner will remove them. I couldn't get my hardwood floors totally clean and streak free because I'd been putting floor polish on top of deep rooted dirt. Needless to say when this was "exfoliated" I had flakes all over, but underneath there was the clean, smooth original surface. I now have one small patch of clean floor and a huge DIY project ahead of me to continue and complete the process. I take total responsibility for my lack of knowledge and experience in caring for my floors and Ive learned a valuable lesson. Industrial strength cleansers should be used on otherwise cleaner floors. I would advise fellow customers who've had negative experiences and results with this product to give it another chance and to perhaps consult a professional cleaner. Good Luck!

I don’t see much of a difference in cleaning power between this and previous cleaner ... just more expensive...

We like the PowerPlus cleaner, think it better than the regular especially when used with the deep cleaning pad. That said, more thought needs to go into the non-existent pour spout. Even using a mid-size funnel, it's very difficult to pour into the even more narrow opening in the map reservoir without spilling. A little engineering could fix this.
