Have used this product from 4 months to now 14 months - to thicken up purees, on its own with breastmilk, and in any other way you can think of. Baby loves it and I love knowing he's getting added vitamins, nutrients, and iron easily.

My son is 18 months old now and has done really well with this cereal. Ironically, he’s actually a kid who has had a pretty sensitive stomach over time and can still throw up if he doesn’t properly chew certain foods all the way or too much food on the spoon when being fed. That said, he tolerates this product completely fine and genuinely enjoys it. We’ve never experienced vomiting or stomach upset from it personally. I also just wanted to gently point out for other parents reading reviews that repetitive vomiting after oats/grains can sometimes be related to things like digestive sensitivities, reflux irritation, FPIES-type reactions, or simply a baby not being quite ready for richer/heavier grains yet — especially in younger infants. Every baby’s digestive system is so different. Of course parents should always trust their instincts if something seems off, but I don’t necessarily think these reviews automatically mean there’s something “wrong” with the product itself.

Sick baby
This should be recalled! My baby is sick about an hour after feeding this to him. I didn’t even know others were having the same issue until I just came to review. 5th baby and I’ve NEVER had a baby projectile vomit like this. He tolerates another comparable cereal just fine.

Weird Batch
I bought this bag because my baby loved the first time I got this oatmeal which looked like finely powered oats. However, the texture is different in the second bag I got and it looks grainy and sparkly.

Induced Vomiting
Just like the other reviews, my son began projectile vomiting within 2 hours of eating this cereal. I contacted Little Spoon to let them know and provided them with the bag’s barcode. Disappointed because I was hoping this cereal would be a staple in our household for our little man.

Just like other reviews my baby(6month old) also projectile vomited with this oatmeal twice! Thats when we came to the conclusion that it was the oatmeal upsetting his stomach. For context he had less than a spoon of this and still threw up

I hate ver high hopes for this brand and regret that I didn’t read the reviews prior to giving this to my baby. He has reflux and his pediatrician said to add oats to his bottle to help. Just like other reviews my baby projectile vomited so we went the ER. Ran test and everything was normal. This was the only product that was new to him. He’s had 3 regular milk only bottles and has been perfectly fine! I will never use this product again and you caution if you do. A small sick baby is scary to watch!
