[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've done extensive research on car seats and in my opinion the Graco Extend2Fit is the best forever "grow with you" seat on the market. My son is almost 2 and it is very comfortable for him, he was noticeably happier in the car once we moved him to this seat. One of my favorite features is the ability to quickly recline the seat when he falls asleep. I also appreciate how long this car seat can keep him rear facing. He still has plenty of leg room at nearly 2 years old with room to grow, I plan to keep him rear facing for another year. It was very quick to install, my husband installed safely and securely in 5 minutes time. It fits well behind the front driver/passenger seats in both our SUV and sedan. I also plan to use the seat for my newborn son as soon as he outgrows his infant carrier. Thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel for allowing me to review this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the fourth Graco car seat we’ve used, and it is by far our favorite! We received it as part of the Stellar product testing panel and are so happy with it so far. The extension for our son’s legs makes him so much more comfortable in a sedan, and it is a breeze to install. I love the click in storage for the latch fasteners and the no rethread harness makes it effortless to use the same seat for our baby and our toddler - the height adjusts in seconds. It looks just as sleek and modern as a boutique car seat but comes with the strong legacy of the Graco brand. I’m thrilled with this seat and will be getting it for a couple new mama baby showers I have coming up!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are thankful to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for the opportunity to test the redesigned Graco Extend2fit 3-in-1 car seat! Our tall 2-year-old is incredibly comfortable, often referring to his new car seat as a “cozy chair.” I appreciate the panel to extend the time our son will spend rear facing in the car, although our car doesn’t allow for much space between his seat and the driver seat with the panel fully extended (we drive a small 5-seat SUV). My favorite non-safety feature has to be the ease of reclining the seat and adjusting the headrest/no-rethread harness, and the satisfaction of the “click” sound while adjusting into place! My only wish would be for this seat to rotate to ease entry/exit into the seat, otherwise it is perfect for our needs and our son loves it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Extend2Fit 3-in-1 Car Seat has become our main car seat for everyday use, and overall, it’s been a great fit for our family. One of the main reasons we love this seat is its ability to support rear-facing up to 50 lbs. Our 2.5-year-old son is 31 lbs, and there’s still plenty of room for him to grow in the rear-facing position. The 4-position extension panel adds extra legroom and our son seems comfortable in the 2nd position right now. Installation was also a breeze and once in place, adjusting the headrest, recline, and foot extension were simple. Lastly, I really like that the no-rethread harness made it super easy to adjust the fit without having to take the seat apart. Our son also seems to like this seat and now always asks to ride in it instead of his other car seat. One minor drawback is that the button to loosen the straps is a bit hidden. It took some getting used to, but now that we have, it’s manageable and the cover over it does help keep crumbs and dirt out. Overall, I think the Extend2Fit 3-in-1 is a practical option for families looking to keep their child rear-facing longer, with user-friendly adjustments and a few thoughtful design choices. It’s not perfect, but it does its job well and is a great value for the safety and features it offers. Thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I’m not a huge Graco fan for their lack of priority of extra safety testing/chemical free materials, but I do really like this seat. It’s very sleek, nice color in light grey, very soft. Really wished it was flame retardant free though!! I was really impressed by the extending leg room! That is one thing that I had been disappointed with my previous car seats. We are encouraged to have our children rear facing as long as possible but how is that possible when their legs are completely smooshed?! This extending leg room fixes this problem and eases my mind that my daughter can be as safe as possible for years to come! The InRight LATCH was a little tricky to get used to but became easier with time. The No-ReThead is a nice feature that I have become accustomed to with my other car seats, certainly so much easier than a manual rethread of the belt as baby grows! Thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for the opportunity to receive this product!

The extended rear-facing limit is a huge plus, and our child has plenty of legroom thanks to the extension panel. It grows with your child, so it’s a great long-term investment. Highly recommend for peace of mind and comfort!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Extend2Fit 3-in-1 Car Seat through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed with both the form and function of this seat. First off, the sleek, modern design fits beautifully into our vehicle—not bulky or outdated like some other car seats we’ve used in the past. I drive a mid sized SUV with a bench seat and my wife drives an SUV with captain's seats and a third row and it fits in both cars beautifully. It blends seamlessly with the interior and doesn’t make the back seat feel cramped, which is a big win for us. One of the best things about this seat is the ability to keep my child rear-facing up to 50 lbs. As a parent, that extra peace of mind knowing my little one is safer for longer is invaluable. The 4-position extension panel that adds extra legroom is such a thoughtful feature. My child seems much more comfortable, and I don’t feel pressured to transition to forward-facing before it’s necessary. Installation was refreshingly straightforward. The seat clicked securely into place, and adjusting it to get the perfect fit for my child was simple. The no-rethread harness is a total game changer—being able to adjust the height as they grow without taking the seat apart makes life so much easier. If I had to pick one standout feature, it would be the versatility. Knowing that this seat will grow with my child from rear-facing infant to forward-facing toddler and eventually to a high-back booster makes it an excellent long-term investment. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the Extend2Fit 3-in-1 Car Seat. It’s stylish, safe, and incredibly practical. Huge thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for giving us the chance to try it out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seat! This car seat hits almost all of my check boxes! First impression, the color is beautiful and the fabric is SOFT and cushioned! It’s sleek modern design is definitely a plus! As soon as I took it out of the box and protective plastic, my 15 month old immediately ran to it and sat down and actually cried when I took him out, which says a lot about a car seat haha. I love that the weight limit is 50 lbs and that it gives the option to rear face your child even longer than most other car seats. It makes me feel like the company took a lot of consideration into the actual safety aspect of a car seat and not just the look and design! Also having the 4th position extra leg room gives parents the confidence that their child isn’t “squished” when continuing to rear face for a longer time. The harness was so easy to adjust and I felt like it was very smooth when adjusting it to my child’s correct fit. The clips were easy to clip and I like the fact that the chest clip is undone by pressing in the top and bottom of the clip making it nearly impossible for a child to unbuckle themselves! I also like that the cup holders easily slide themselves in and out making it super easy to clean! This carseat looks luxurious, modern, sleek and comfortable. I only gave it 4 stars because it’s not rotating, which for a short person, is a nice convenience to have, but ofcourse not a necessity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had been planning to purchase the extend2fit for a while as I read it could be very compact front-to-back, which is essential for us to rear face longer in my fiancé’s extended cab F-250. I’m thoroughly impressed with this car seat. I feel like the redesign has given it a more attractive, modern design. Most importantly, it meets the latest regulations and safety standards, which gives me peace of mind knowing my child is well protected. My 17 MO seems to like it too—he seems very comfy in his new seat! The seat fabric is plush and soft, and the seat feels very cushy. It’s not hard and plasticky like some other car seats we’ve tried. My favorite features are the built-in buckle holders, which are a small detail, but incredibly helpful for getting my toddler into his seat without having to dig behind him for the straps. The no-rethread harness is another huge plus. I appreciate not having to uninstall the seat to adjust the harness height as my baby grows. In our extended cab truck, we still have one more upright recline option and the extend2fit also has the leg extender, so I have no concerns about extended rear-facing in such a compact cab. The seat also fits perfectly between the front seats without bracing either seat or the center console. I found the LATCH installation to be the easiest in my Acura due to the way my vehicle seatbelts are designed, however the F-250 does not have lower LATCH anchors, and the seatbelt install was an absolute breeze. If we needed to transfer this seat between vehicles, I’d feel comfortable with Grandma installing this seat securely, every time. That said, overall, this is a well-designed, user-friendly seat that prioritizes both safety and convenience. It is VERY compact front to back and is an exceptional choice for rear-facing as long as possible. Thank you, Stellar Product Testing Panel, for sending me this car seat. I cannot recommend this car seat enough and would 1000% buy this seat for our next baby!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned many Graco products in my 14 years of motherhood, and I have always been impressed with the quality and price point that they provide their products at. I have been using the Graco Extend2Fit 3-in-1 Car Seat for the past few weeks now, and these are my thoughts. 1. The design of the seat is very modern and spacious. The sides are lower and don’t make my child look or feel so closed into it. The fabric was not as soft as others I’ve tried in the past, but it was plenty comfortable and easy to spot clean. 2. The roomy seat, extension panel, and extended rear facing up to 50lbs will always be a huge selling point to me. I feel it’s so important to the cause of keeping children as safe as possible in cars. 3. Installation was actually quite easy. The seat isn’t too heavy either so it made the process even easier. We used the LATCH method for installation and getting a tight fit only took me a few minutes. I think if using the seatbelt for rear-facing installation, it may take some finagling. Overall, I’m very pleased by this seat. It will be staying in our main vehicle for the foreseeable future. As always, thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I absolutely love how easy install was. My husband was able to quickly put the car seat in by himself without any instruction or reading of the manual! Just like buckling and unbuckling a seatbelt, no tricky maneuvering needed. The only real downside to the seat is that it is difficult to adjust the incline of the seat once it is installed, it is pretty much necessary to set the incline first before putting the seat in. I also wish the shoulder pads were slightly more substantial. However, I love the newborn inserts and it is incredibly easy to adjust the head piece and shoulder straps with the no re-thread harness. My favorite feature of the seat is that it allows for extended rear facing and provides extra leg room as your child grows taller. I will say, the light gray model that we have looks okay on our tan seats (pictured) but it looks even better in my husband’s car which has a dark grey interior. I feel it’s a pretty versatile color. All in all, definitely recommend this car seat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favorite car seat! It has so many safety features, so I can trust that it will keep my daughter safe in the event that we get into an accident. Not only is it loaded with safety features, it is also cute and comfortable! I have a Volkswagen Atlas, and with it rear facing I still have plants of room to comfortably position my driver seat. I also love that it has the extender that allows for my daughter to remain rear facing longer. She has grown the past couple of months, and her legs were starting to be squished up against the seat. She is only 22 months, and she’s only 22 pounds, so I will not allow her to be forward facing. The extender helps her be more comfortable, and for her legs to be in a safer position! My husband installed the car seat, but said it was pretty simple. I LOVE that it has a built in level because I can confidently say that her seat is installed safely! I received this product through Stellar Product Testing Panel, but already purchased another one that we installed in my husband’s car. It is not the slimiest car seat on the market, but for the safety and comfortable head area, it’s worth it if you have a little extra space! Another feature I love is the no rethread harness. On the infant car seat we have, we were constantly having to change where the harness came out to make sure her shoulders were at a safe height with where the straps came out. This car seat has the adjustable head rest that does the work for you as your kiddo grows! It is slightly more costly than some of the other car seats, but the safety features make it well worth the purchase! We have one other car seat that has about the same amount of safety features, but came with a hefty price tag. I would highly recommend this car seat to any of my mom friends who want a cute, reliable, and safe car seat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel we received the Graco Extend2Fit 3-in1 car seat. We were super excited to receive this car seat because it will allow my son to be rear facing up to 50 lbs. Having a kiddo in the 90th percentile for height and weight I was worried about having to turn him around earlier than really recommended, but with this car seat that’s not something we will have to do. The extra leg room has been great by giving him a little extra space especially on long car rides. My husband said this car seat was so much easier to install in the truck than other car seats that we have used. Overall, we highly recommend this car sear, and we will likely purchase a second when our younger son is ready to move out of the infant car seat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Graco Extend2Fit Car seat is a great option for families looking to maximize rear facing for their children. I have a smaller SUV (5-seater) and I was able to fit this car seat on both of the back outboard seats with the leg panel fully extended. Both of my children--a 2-year-old (29 pounds) and 6-year-old (49 pounds)--could comfortably sit in this seat rear facing. I found that I got a snug installation with both the LATCH and seatbelt options for my 2-year-old, although I did have to work a little harder on getting a good seatbelt installation with the leg extension panel fully extended for my 6-year-old as the cupholder tended to get in the way. I really appreciated the markings on the bottom of the seat showing the maximum overhang limit, the ease of adjusting the seat's head rest with the no-rethread harness, the storage on the side of the seat for the LATCH anchors, along with the fabric colors of the seat itself. I found the car seat manual easy to follow and also liked that the manual slides into a slot on the base of the seat for storage. Overall, both my children enjoyed riding in this car seat and it is a versatile pick to grow with my family. Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me this car seat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for this car seat! The Extend2Fit 3-in-1 Car Seat is very easy to install and adjust. I love that I can easily adjust the harness height. If needed, I can easily swap my 3 year old and 1 year old and just adjust the harness lever up/down. My son looks very comfortable in the seat. It comes with additional padding for the smaller children and the seat can be extended to produce additional legroom in rear facing. I love that this has extended rear facing to keep my children in the safest position for longer. The installation was great, the lower anchor connectors were easy to use and tighten; the seat recline adjusted easily with the pull of a lever. I loved the leveler bubble feature on the side of the car seat. I do wish that the leveler bubble was on both sides of the carseat, because the side of the car I chose had the bubble on the inside and was harder to see when adjusting. Tightening the harness was easy, and the release button was also easy to use when pulling baby out of the carseat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been using the Graco Extend2Fit 3-in-1 Car Seat for a little over a week now and we are incredibly grateful for the comfort and convenience it has brought to our family! To my surprise, I liked the sleek appearance and fabric more than my son's other car seat that is at a higher price point than this Extend2Fit 3-in-1 seat. The fabric felt like it would be very comfortable and breathable, which is important for my almost 4-year-old son in this Texas heat. My son sweats pretty easily as it is, so having a seat that isn’t going to make him sweat more is important for us. He’s been very comfortable in this seat so far! This Graco Extend2Fit 3-in-1 car seat was very easy to install into our vehicle. I used the LATCH method and it took me only a few minutes to have the seat firmly installed. The seat was SNUG, it didn’t budge at all when I tried to move it. I truly appreciate the fact that I can adjust the shoulders just by pulling the headrest up instead of needing to rethread the harness. What a huge convenience! We installed the car seat in my husband's truck to test it out first to see if we wanted it to be our secondary car seat in his truck or if it would be more comfortable as the primary car seat in my SUV. After seeing how much our son loves this seat, we have decided to switch it out and make it his primary car seat in my SUV. My son always complains about the crotch buckle being too tight and hurting him on his other car seat. With this seat, he is much happier and has not complained about any discomfort at all! He has been requesting to “ride in the soft one.” My son is 3, turning 4 in a few weeks, 32 pounds and average height for his age. I love that this car seat has the option to rear-face for up to 50 lbs. We did, however, install the car seat forward-facing due to the fact that our son suffers from severe motion sickness and started puking in his car seat as a baby. The only thing that helped a little was forward-facing him. He still does get carsick occasionally while facing forward. Now that he’s taller and can see out a little more, I am planning to try switching him back to rear-facing in this seat to see how he does but I wasn’t mentally ready to see this shiny new seat spoiled just yet. As a parent, I feel relieved knowing my child is comfortable and safe. My daughter is still rear-facing and I now want to purchase this seat for her as well because she does not deal with car sickness and I’d like to keep her rear-facing until she maxes out the height and weight (her car seat is a different brand and does not accommodate 50 pounds rear-facing). She also always gets her legs stuck out the sides of that car seat so I think this seat will be perfect for her as well! One of my favorite features of this car seat is the little pockets on the sides of the seat that keep the chest straps out of the way while you get your child in their seat. It might seem like a small detail but if you’ve ever spent time trying to dig the straps out from behind your child then you know how frustrating it can be! A small detail with a huge impact on convenience. I genuinely believe this car seat has no cons. I wholeheartedly recommend the Graco Extend2Fit 3-in-1 Car Seat to any parents looking for an excellent choice that provides safety, comfort, and easy installation. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing us with this car seat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. From my trial, this seat definitely has pros and cons. Pros: At first sight with unboxing, I loved this car seat. I received the seat in the color “Ashten,” which is such a pretty grey. It is so important to me to keep my almost 2 1/2 year old son rear-facing as long as possible for maximum safety, so I was so happy to see that this seat allows for my son to be rear-facing up to 50lbs. I like that the seat features a no-rethread harness and harness storage to keep the metal for the buckle from getting too hot and makes it easy to fasten on and off without risking the straps twisting. The seat features several position options and the fact that it can be used up to 100lbs as a booster seat makes it desirable. I like that the cupholders are plastic and easy to wipe out to clean. Cons: The biggest con to this seat for me was how difficult loosing the straps to remove them are because the button is under the padding and there’s no flap to allow you to reach it. There is a skinny slit where the strap comes out at that you have to stick your finger inside to push to loosen the straps. I am a pretty small person with skinny fingers, so I’m able to loosen the straps a lot easier than my husband is able to. The straps are also a little noisy when being loosened. Overall, I do like this seat, but I wish there was an easier way to get to the button for the straps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I did receive this Graco Extend2Fit 3-in-1 car seat through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Second, I love this car seat and it has permanently replaced one of our previous ones! I have 3 children in car seats, ages 3 months, 18 months, and nearly 5 years old. Their weights are from almost 14 lbs, 24 lbs, and 30 lbs. I was able to fit each child in this car seat with ease and zero complaints. The infant body pillow and head pillow are only for use until 20 lbs, so only my smallest needed it. My other two are so close in size (but not age) that this car seat gave us more options with the extended rear facing. While my oldest is under weight maximums for many car seats at his size to rear face, he has been forward facing normally. When he saw this car seat and he saw the extended panel to rear face, he was so excited and asked to face backwards. He's very small for his age, so he will end up outgrowing the rear facing by his height before he ever reaches 50 lbs. However, I love that this car seat made him want to rear face because I put this car seat in our smaller car that the entire family doesn't fit into, and now my two oldest can both sit in the car seat rear facing with only adjusting the strap height (which is by a handle squeeze on top - no rethreading!) This gives us so much more flexibility in what car we take when my husband and I need to go separately. I also installed this seat both forward facing and rear facing with my oldest, and it took maybe 5 minutes to flip between the two. Install was super easy and the covers make it easy enough to get behind them to visualize the LATCH belt and confirm it's in place. Fitting the seat to each child was also very easy and the extend panel moves out of the way to move the bottom buckle between slots. There are so many recline positions and the seat has an easy to read leveler and overhang allowance. I love that I'm not having to estimate 25% of the car seat base or anything to make sure I have enough of it on the seat. This seat feels very straightforward and has many informational stickers to double check you did it correctly, after reading the manual first. It is also much lighter than our previous car seat, which helped with the install. It fits all of my children well without being bulky. My only complaints with this car seat would be that it does not have a visible button to loosen the car seat straps, and instead you do have to reach your finger in a slit to find the button. It also looks like the cover itself will be more difficult to put back on if you ever need to take it off; there are a lot of loops and hooks to tether it down in places around the back and sides. Overall, I am so grateful to receive this car seat and will be using it frequently. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in having more space while rear facing, even in a compact 4 door sedan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With baby #2 on the way and plans to move our toddler behind the driver's seat soon, I've been looking for the best rear-facing option for tall drivers (I'm 5'10" and my husband is 6'4"). I had seen multiple recommendations for the Graco Extend2Fit 3-in-1 as a great front-to-back compact option so I was thrilled to receive this car seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel! My almost 18-month-old is in the 99th percentile at 33lbs and 37" tall and we want to keep him rear-facing for as long as possible. This product solves both of our primary concerns! He still fits comfortably in this car seat without using the extension panel and it fits behind the driver's seat positioned as far back as possible (we will need to move the driver's seat up in our current vehicle if we want to fully extend his legroom). Knowing that this car seat accommodates rear-facing up to 50lbs gives us the confidence that he will be able to use this seat in the safest way for as long as possible. This car seat was super easy to install and adjust to give my little guy a perfect fit. The no-rethread harness is a total game changer and so convenient! It truly takes the guesswork out of keeping up with a growing kiddo. I also appreciate that all important placement and safety information is printed right on the car seat itself for quick reference. I don't love that the release button for the harness is kind of hidden under the seat but this is a minor annoyance on an otherwise all around wonderful car seat. We're looking forward to using this product for years to come and highly recommend it (especially for other tall caregivers)!
