I think it is salty but that’s expected give electrolytes. I would definitely buy this flavor if it was an option. Creamy mild orange flavor is my best description.

It’s an excellent electrolyte drink super easy to use just throw in a bottle of water shake a few times and you’re good to go I tried orange vanilla dream and it taste so good. It literally taste like a Creamsicle. These are super convenient. You can leave in your car, your purse, put it in your pocket super convenient. These do a phenomenal job at rehydrating you this little pouch of liquid IV gives you everything you need to get your hydration up quickly. I have used these on a normal day after a workout when I’m sick and not getting enough fluids these are phenomenal to have on any day basis.

New favorite flavor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been a long time fan of liquid IV and this new orange Creamsicle flavor is fantastic. It tastes just like the ice cream bars from my childhood but packs so many electrolytes that anytime I know I’m a little bit dehydrated. It instantly makes me feel better perfect for bringing with you on hot theme park days for long hikes or walks or even just a stash in your gym bag I always have liquid IVs around and this flavor will be a permanent addition to my rotation.

Best Electrolyte Brand Out There
