Not Your Mother's aura boost Thickening Shampoo -13 fl oz

This shampoo has been making my hair shed like crazy. I know some hair fallout is normal but since I’ve started using this and the conditioner my hair has struggled so bad. It also does not lather well and lives my hair feeling dry and looking frizzy.

Sure, it made my hair thicker but it gave my hair this awful texture, always felt like there was product build up in in my hair, and caused a bit of my hair to fall out.

Makes my hair so bouncy and healthy for the first time in 20 years.

It is a great shampoo it leaves my scalp refreshed and smooth and my hair sliky and smooth I recommend this product

smells good but very striping

Made my head burn and itch. Tried a different shampoo by same brand with the same results. Had to buy a specialized shampoo to make the pain go away.

I really like Not Your Mother's dry shampoo so I decided to give their actual shampoo a try. I struggle with getting oily hair literally the next day after showering...Using this, my hair smells, looks, and feels clean for 3 days!

Had to switch to a different shampoo when my last one was no longer carried here. So far this one has been great, love the smell!

Believe me when I say, I’ve used every hair thickening in volumizing shampoo and conditioner out there. This is actually 10 times better than even the most expensive shampoos and conditioners out there today. I will continue to buy this product. Not only does it smell amazing, but I can actually see the results. After just one use my hair was noticeably thicker, and had more volume. After consistently using for two weeks, my hair is softer, thicker, loads more volume, and it lasts through the entire day. No falling flat by evening. The spy far is my favorite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a decent shampoo overall but not the greatest for my hair. I have thin wavy hair but a lot of it. I did get a small volume boost but no more than I would blow drying my hair upside down. I think this would be great for hair that doesn’t lean towards fine and probably best for non straight hair also. The shampoo smells great. A subtle extra frangrance scent smelling straight from the bottle but nothing to overpowering when pouring into hand or onto hair. It lathers nicely, didn’t feel stripping, and left my hair looking a feeling clean.

This bottle has a "Color Safe" claim on the back, it is absolutely NOT color safe. I bought this shampoo and loved it initially. After I got my hair dyed red I noticed every single wash was generating pink bubbles. I tried a proper color safe shampoo and the pink bubbles stopped. A bit bummed, this is the first NYM product to do me wrong. If you dye or tone your hair, I highly suggest you do not use this shampoo, it will strip color. Opt for something like Redkin or Nexxus instead. If you do not have dyed or toned hair, this is wonderful and smells really nice. My hair seems to like it, doesn't get oily and weighed down, the scent says Vanilla but it seems a little off the mark but not in an offensive way.

I have fine, curly hair. And while I was using the curly hair product line from Not Your Mother's, I saw this and wanted to give it a try. Big mistake. It made my hair super flat, stringy, and frizzy. I tried my usual hairstyling routine, but it didn't come out the way it usually does. It totally killed my curls. I do not recommend.
