Great for cereal and great for dessert
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love me some Ghost Lucky charms! They really get me in a good moon in the morning, with some milk. But you can also use then to make all kinds of tasty treats! Makes a versatile dessert ingredient.

Good

Delicious cereal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is delicious cereal. It tastes just like Lucky Charms except better for you. The high protein content makes you full all morning. The texture is nice and crunchy. I also like the ingredients and it's not full of sugar. This is the perfect way to start your day.

A lot of protein!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cool design! Nice flavor but the texture is dry. For the price the size is to small. Give you a durability stamina for the day so is effective. Excellent protein, not best flavor.

Not my cup of tea
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love eating lucky charm but not with this protein cereal. The first bite, I can taste the sugary sweetness from the marshmallow. With the second bite and so forth, the cereal breaks down to what feels like chunky powder. It gives a weird texture that I can not swallow at all. I had to spit it out. This cereal is not my cup of tea, and I would rather drink the protein shakes.

High protein
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lucky charms has made a high protein cereal. I had the opportunity to try this at a discounted price. I was surprised that the size of the product was so small compared to the price. The first bite is a very good taste of vanilla and then I experienced a bad aftertaste that is still in my mouth. The marshmallows make the flavor a bit more appealing. I don’t plan on trying this again.

Not Quite Lucky Charms - BUT - Good.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I wouldn’t quite call it “Lucky Charms,” it does have that sugar cereal flavor. Stays crispy with milk. Serving size seems to be a bit bigger than normal cereals. The price point is a little high, though. I did enjoy the cereal though, and am now curious about other flavors. It’s unfortunate I’ll have to budget those out.

Tastes Like Protein
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Ghost Lucky Charms cereal with 17g of protein and this is my honest review. I think if you’re used to eating high protein foods, it’s probably a really good cereal for you. For me, personally, that strong protein flavor was a little bit too much for me. The smell was just like real Lucky Charms cereal and that made me really excited to try this. The consistency was as expected, just like a regular cereal, the puff balls started out crunchy and then got softer as they sat in the milk a little while, and the marshmallows tasted just like Lucky Charms marshmallows. Really the main drawback was that protein flavor I just couldn’t get past. The other downside for me is that the listed ingredients include canola oil, sunflower oil, palm oil, and the label also states that the product contains bioengineered food ingredients. With today’s push towards healthier and cleaner eating, I wish that this product could have been made with healthier ingredients. In conclusion, between the strong protein taste, and the less than favorable ingredients, in my opinion, I would not purchase this again however as I stated before, I can see how someone that enjoys high protein foods would enjoy this, so please take that into consideration as well.

Nostalgic taste
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cereal smells just like the Lucky Charms you remember as a kid, and the marshmallows are identical. However, the cereal itself is a little chalky and gets soggy pretty quickly. It's not bad, it's just not as good as the original sugar-coated cereal. That said, for the macros, this is a fun option for a protein boost!

Yummy yet pricey protein cereal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cereal is very tasty! It is an easy way to get a big dose of protein to start your day and still have something super tasty! It’s a smaller box for the price but overall a great deal for good tasting protein. The size of portion may be a limiting factor for some along with the cost but if you can afford it, it’s great.

Too Sweet, Yet Protein Rich
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ghost Lucky Charms cereal stands out with 17g of protein per serving, making it a solid option for anyone focusing on a higher protein diet. The marshmallows bring back that familiar childhood flavor, which was a nice touch. However, the cereal itself is quite sweet , and I personally couldn’t finish a full bowl. With the higher price compared to everyday cereals, it’s a good specialty option for protein-focused diets-but maybe not the best pick if you prefer a less sweet start to your morning.

Quick and easy proteinbreakfast
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always loved the ease of getting more protein to my diet without drinking a protein shake or using protein powder....this cereal has 17g of protein. It tastes ok, but the marshmallows did lose some of the color. If I needed a really fast protein breakfast, I would use this.

Love this high protein cereal!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the concept of this high protein cereal. Usually cereal doesn’t leave me full and satisfied, but the high protein in this cereal kept me satisfied. I love the lucky charms in this cereal! It makes my meal fun, but I still feel healthy. The cereal itself is very very sweet and the taste is a little bland. I don’t mind the excessive sweetness, but some might not be a fan of how sweet it is. Because it is so sweet, I’m not sure if I could eat this every day but it is a really good breakfast for when you need an extra protein boost and want to start the morning with a “sweet treat” that you can feel good about! It really is delicious and I will definitely repurchase this to help me reach my protein goals!

Delicious Protein Cereal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design of the box. It's colorful, powerful, and in your face with fun. If you like Lucky Charm style marshmallows, these deliver on the nostalgic sweetness while still packing a strong 17g of protein. This is a great option if you want a quick snack after a workout or just a more functional breakfast that is far from boring. The 9.4oz box size is decent. It's an average sized cereal box, that will get you through probably 5 or 6 bowls total. That being said, it's not completely perfect. The texture can be a bit dry, especially if you're not eating it with milk. You can also definitely tell it's packed full of protein. It has that chalky, vanilla protein powder aftertaste. It's not a deal breaker, just something a bit more noticeable. It's also definitely on the price side, but the health and protein benefits make the price tag worth it for me. Overall, it's a really convenient and tasty way to boost your protein uptake, especially compared to other "healthy" cereals. It's definitely enjoyed best with milk or milk alternatives to help with the overall dryness. I can't wait to try Ghosts' other protein cereal flavors!

Delicious protein cereal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ghost cereal is a bit sweet. The cereal balls are similar to kix brand cereal, but crunching and somewhat chewy when dissolved. The marshmallows taste and are texturely similar to other marshmallow cereals. It's easy to pour the cereal into a bowl with your favorite milk. It's nice that there is 17g of protein.
