This is the best clean, protein cereal on the market. I don't recommend eating it with milk, just out the box is a great snack. Cocoa and cinnamon are personal favorites, honey and frosted are great too. Highly recommend!

I've tried the cinnamon and chocolate flavors and both were very tasty and scrtached my cereal itch. This cereal brand is not nearly as sweet as typical, overly processed childhood brands. But this is a plus for me. I am very happy about the clean ingredients, the relatively high protein and fiber content. It stays crunchy in a bowl of milk. I even eat it dry as a snack. Best of all, my daughter really likes the cereal so it's great to have a healthier option to offer her.

We really wanted to like this cereal. We are new to the dye free journey and we were so excited to find three wishes. For us the fruity is a pass. It has a very medical taste to us. Unfortunately, the taste is so off putting that we will not be trying anything else from this brand. The cereal has a very crunchy texture, nice big pieces which is appealing, but the flavor and after taste are not.
