Great Curling Iron
This is a great curling iron! I have curly hair myself and use a curling iron to tame some unruly hair, and I get perfect curls with this iron. This thing heats up really fast! I like the choice of heat settings because not everyone has thick hair like mine and would need a lower setting. The handle is comfortable and the dial and button are in a convenient place so as not to accidentally change settings. It has a ready light, and heats up very fast. It's perfect!

It heats up super fast, basically ready by the time I section my hair and stays consistently hot, so my curls come out even every time. The titanium barrel makes a noticeable difference. My hair glides smoothly without snagging, and the curls look shiny instead of frizzy. I also like that I only need one pass per section, which feels less damaging overall. In exchange for my experience with it, I found this tool to be a bit thicker, which allows you to create different styles and looser waves. I like that it has several temperature settings that can be adjusted to suit your needs. It has a light that flashes and stops flashing when it's hot. It doesn't burn the hair because it's made of excellent material. I always use my heat protectant, but it still protects my hair. It's not heavy and comes with its user and care manual.

My New Favorite Tool for Full Bouncy Curls

The Hot Tools Titanium 1-Inch heats up in 30 seconds, the temperature settings are so easy to cycle through, and the technique just clicks: section, clamp, release the lever, cool tip in one hand, roll, hold and release. My curls came out full, bouncy and voluminous every single time, no inconsistent sections, no frizz. The cool tip makes handling feel so much safer and more controlled.
