I used this for 12 days straight. I was most worried about painful gums and found this didn’t cause me any sensitivity. I would recommend stretching the strips to fit the length of your mouth. It covered all your teeth. Overall it was easy to use and set up.

Definitely is a must have! Although it makes your teeth a little bit sensitive after use it does the trick! I used to use it once every other month, and it weighed my teeth, wonderfully to the point where people would complement my teeth and ask me what do I do! There’s no mess. It’s easy to use has a slight minty taste but no smell to it.

I've received several compliments on the whiteness of my teeth that it catches me off guard. I see my teeth all the time so I don't pay attention to how much brighter they are after completing a full box of treatments. To be fair, my teeth have always been... brighter. I've never had them whitened professionally. I started using these strips because I increased my coffee consumption and trying to reduce the staining. Currently, on 2 cups a day. The best time to use the strips is an hour before bed. I brush off the excess and continue with my nighttime dental routine. I whiten twice a year. Anything more will make gums sensitive. Also, I prefer the lower level or whiteness so there's less chance of gum sensitivity. I've tried 12 levels before and had to stop mid treatment until my gums felt better. I won't always do the full 14 day treatment. From time to time, I may put them on in the morning and again that same night. Strips are very easy to use, especially compared to the toothpastes or LED lights.

Within 10 seconds of inserting the LED light into my mouth, it flashes red and shuts down. If you just turn it on, it will run - but as soon as it's inserted it's done.

I used this daily for approx 3 weeks and teeth only whitened maybe 2-3 levels. They are a tad lighter, but nowhere near what the label and ads proclaim, i do not have crowns or enamels, these Re my original teeth. A gel product i sometimes buy on line has 25% peroxide and whitens far better.

I have never had problems with teeth sensitivity before. Normally I can bite into ice cream without my teeth hurting. These whitening strips left me in unbearable pain. I wake up in pain at night from these strips and can’t sleep. It feels like my tooth got cut in half every time I use them. I tried taking them at different times or cutting them in half but nothing helps. I wish I never used these. I am writing this review as I have been up for hours since 3 am in pain from these whitening strips. My teeth have never hurt like these before.

Wow! When I used to smoke I used the Crest 3D "Noticably white" once a year with great results. When I quit smoking I wanted to get rid of all the smoking residue for good so I bought these. I only needed half of the box and my teeth were sparkling bright white! You won't be disappointed!!

These things work. I have tried different toothpaste, mouthwashes, and other white strips. But after a week of using the white strips, I noticed a difference. I’m a huge coffee drinker, and will continue to use these white strips daily to mitigate some of the effects of the coffee that I consume. I’m hooked for life.
