    You should not be using magnesium citrate in anything. Magnesium citrate is used mainly as a laxative in the medical world. It did little to help me calm down and did more with messing up my GI tract.

    Have used the gummies for around a year now. Initially i used to take 1 morning and 1 night, but changed to 2 per evening this works better for me. I am an awful sleeper and whilst I'm not professing they are a miracle cure they do help me relax.
