Unsure about Effectiveness of Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent this supplement to try. The goal of the product is metabolism support. The ingredients of the product are B12 (20,833% Daily Value), Chromium (1,429% Daily Value) and green tea phytosome. The daily values being so high was a little concerning for me initially. I was hoping I wouldn’t have stomach issues taking it. However, I didn’t notice anything negative. You take 1 pill twice daily with food and water. The pill is easy to swallow. That being said, I’m unsure I’ve noticed much of a difference in my body since taking these. However, these could be great for someone else. The container is a good size and attractive. I would give these a try if you’re looking for metabolism support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Nature Made Metabolyze capsule with chrominum, green tea , phytosome & B12 has a good size of capsule. I've been taking this with meals for a few weeks, but I haven't noticed much difference in weight. However, I feel that supports daily energy metabolism.

Great for metabolism
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pills are very easy to swallow. I did not get any aftertaste or smell. I’ve been looking g for a supplement that can help turn carbs fats in proteins into energy and also helps to burn fat easier in this supplement has the ingredients that claim to do what I’ve been looking for. I’ve been taking this for a few weeks and I do feel like the vitamin B12 has helped my daily metabolism and feels like I have more energy. I will continue to use this and hopefully I see results with continued use that I’m looking to achieve.

Good GLP1 supplement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who takes a GLP1 blocker, it’s hard for me to tell whether or not this product was the reason for some slight weight loss. I will say that the GI side effects of tirzepitide seemed to be less pronounced when I started taking this, which makes me wonder if it’s a diuretic. YMMV.

Though I do not enjoy the capsule itself - it smells and tastes a lot like plastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This review is for the Nature made Metabolyze capsules quantity 60 capsules. These include chromium, green tea phytosomes and B12. They're are formulated to support healthy weight management, as well as fat metabolism and increased energy metabolism daily. the serving size is one capsule daily so this is a sixty day supply. They have no color added, no artificial flavors, they are gluten free, vegetarian , and include decaffeinated green tea. I took these capsules in the afternoon after eating and did notice sustained energy in the afternoon, and could actually kind of feel it in my head if that makes sense. These do work but in addition to other supplements I was taking, I felt it was too much and stopped taking them daily and only when I need extra energy and they seem to work better for me In that regard.

Great supplement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very compact container, it’s very durable so I never have to worry about it spilling everywhere since the container is on the thicker side. For the few days I have taken it, I have seen better weight balance and I usually feel the effects for prolonged periods of time. I haven’t had any any side effects. I really like the formula that is use.

After taking these vitamins for about 15 days I have not yet noticed a change, but hopefully with longer use. I’m hopeful and I’ll keep taking them….

Definitely helps with increased energy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good size pill to swallow and need a pill twice a day. I had it for over a week and I do feel an increase in energy, I can’t say much about the weight loss. I already enjoy the increase in energy part of the supplement so I don’t mind whether there’s weight loss aid in this. My hunger feels the same, not fulfilling nor increase hunger so I feel okay to keep taking this supplement to help in my increase energy. This also doesn’t affect my sleep since I take one morning and evening which is a plus!

You only take one capsule twice a day, so it’s super easy to stay consistent. I like that they have green tea, chromium, and B12 in them. It makes me feel like I have a nice little boost built into my day. I wouldn’t say it’s anything dramatic overnight, but I have noticed a bit more energy and just feeling a little more “on it” throughout the day.

Easy to take capsules
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a 49-year-old female that started taking Metabolyze. This supplement contains vitamin B12, chromium, and decaffeinated green tea. The usage is simple, a capsule twice a day with water and food. A bottle provides a 30 day supply. I do feel this supplement has lessened my appetite and I am hoping with continued use, it improves my energy level too.
