Wrong Magnesium Choice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is okay. I enjoy the melatonin aspect, but I dislike the magnesium. There are so many types of magnesium, and this is not the most effective for sleep. In fact, this type of magnesium upsets my stomach, which is a common side effect. The taste is great, but I could do without the sugary coating. Sturdy packaging. Likely wouldn’t purchase.

Too much sugar

Obviously you always want to take it and give yourself enough hours to sleep. I thought the taste and texture of the gummies was great, and the packaging is similar to that of other gummy vitamins. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A huge thank you to Influenster and Nature Made for giving me a bottle of Sleep and Relax gummies to try out and review! I’ve had great success with a similar product in the past, and Nature Made’s Melatonin/Magnesium Sleep and Relax gummies did not disappoint. Two gummies will have you drifting off to sleep in less than thirty minutes and keep you sleeping peacefully throughout the night. My only complaint would be that the texture of the gummy is a tad loose, and there is a dusting of sugar that seems unnecessary. Sticky sweet teeth aside, if you need help getting to sleep I would definitely recommend that you try these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] definitely puts me to sleep and i don't wake up until my alarm goes off but i wake up drowsy :/ they're a gummy texture and have a sugar coating. they taste okay (like vitamins). i feel like even with the lid closed they get a little stale. but they do the job!

Decent melatonin

I didn’t notice a major difference with relaxation but love that they have magnesium in them. They were chewy like any other gummy vitamin and the flavor wasn’t bad tasted like strawberry.

I had a nice uninterrupted sleep and felt refreshed in the morning. It is on the sweeter side and has a chewy, gummy texture. Tastes Delicious

It tastes more like berry candy than a vitamin, so if you struggle with the taste of other chewables then this is for you! I suffer tremendously with sleep so although this product didn’t put me to sleep, it did help me relax quite a bit.

Effective sleeping aid
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried using this product and it works it makes you sleepy instantly, but from some reason I wokeup 4 times at night while on this sleeping aid. It is too sweet they should make a sugarless version, it's kust sticky on the teeth so you need to brush after taking it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got nature made melatonin and magnesium sleep and relax gummies from influenster and i took few to see the results and i found them easier to take its not hard pill its chewy and not so sugary gummy doesn’t have any after taste to it . And it doesn’t make me groggy the next morning as some sleep aids does. Its effect is mild and gradual so its better for occasional sleep support not for insomnia.a gentle reliable option if you are looking for more natural feeling sleep.

Not good
