they change the design of the stick and now it's super flimsy
1 reply from Swiffer team - 24 days ago
We thank you for reaching out. The Swiffer Hair Magnet Deluxe, which is the rebranded version of the Sweep + Mop Deluxe, features a durable pole designed for tough scrubbing and easy storage. The pole is collapsible and includes reinforced parts to help with scrubbing. If your stick feels flimsy, we suggest checking to see if it is assembled correctly by clicking the poles together as instructed. The pole length is about 50 inches (1280 mm) and is made to be sturdy. We would love to hear more about your experience and assist you further, so please call us at (800) 742-9220.

Picks Up ALL the Cat Fur

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love a good Swiffer sweep. I have a lot of vinyl flooring in my apartment, and I also have two cats who shed. There's only so much a vacuum cleaner and a broom can do. This Swiffer really trapped all the fur and food debris that my vacuum doesn't pick up as well on the vinyl. I love that it easily folds up so I can store it on a shelf rather than taking up space in a closet.

    Love my swiffer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’d love this swiffer. It’s the best to get all of my pets hair. You can use wet or dry pads. They have scented pads. That’ll make your house smell super clean. It’s super easy to use your child can use it. I highly recommend using this to pick up around the house so when you need something fast and quick.

Efficient and easy to use swiffer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always been a fan of swiffer products especially as someone who is always moving about. Very travel friendly and easy to use. Love the disposable swiffer pads too and they’re not too expensive either. Works well for small spaces too

    Cat Mom Approved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a cat owner, I am constantly sweeping and vacuuming my floors to remove cat hair, litter, and other debris. This product made picking up the hair and debris extremely easy, left my floors looking shiny and clean, and left a pleasant clean scent behind. The device was very easy to use, and the pads are easy to change once soiled. With a small footprint this device stows away easily in a broom closet, and seems to hold up well over time.

Not much different than the Swiffer I already had. I thought that there was something different about the pads….nope, exactly the same. The various pads that were supposed to be included were a different quantity and also the packaging was in a very different language. The wet pads included didn’t even suffice for a regular size kitchen that wasn’t dirty. Overall disappointed.
1 reply from Swiffer team - 3 months ago
Hello Suz! We’re sorry to hear that you received the wrong quantity of pads and were disappointed with your experience. This is not the quality we strive for. Please call us at (800) 742-9220 so we can assist you further.

    Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works really good! Not very good to have if you have a house with a lot of hardwood floors or tiles and animals cause you will go through the pads like crazy! Very easy to put together and use! Putting the pads on you have to fold the ends over the top and push in the slots on top of the swiffer! I prefer the one that you have to spray it works better with my household lol! But this would be great for a small apartment setting

    easy storage with collapsible handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a home multiple cats and dogs, I’m always looking for ways to eliminate the endless hair that ends up on my wood floors. This swiffer is great because it collapses into a smaller size once I’m done using it and isn’t too bulky for storing. It was easy to sweep up quick and move on to the next task! :)
