Love this rug

Like cardboard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful design. But after weeks of hand steaming it and laying heavy objects on it, it still will not lay flat. It bunches up and feels like cardboard. Same experience with my other rug purchased from there. Will not be making any future purchases.

Great looking rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design of this rug! It's not a really thick rug, so it's easy to vacuum. My only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is it came shipped folded instead of rolled, so I ended up having to wait about 4 days to get the wrinkles out. The only way I could make them flatter was to roll the rug up and let it sit for a day and then unrolled it and rolled it up again the opposite direction and waited another coupleof days. Seemed to help alot. I'm hoping it will flatten out even more now that we have the furniture on it. Overall, very happy with how it turned out!
