Steams clothes to be completely wrinkle free in just seconds. Great price and easy to use. Lightweight and portable makes this steamer the best one I have ever used. I recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know I don’t have a photo in use but that’s truly because it couldn’t remove the wrinkles fully.. maybe it was just the fabric of my dress or I am just not using it correctly (I’ve used other steamers in the past). It did remove a great amount but I couldn’t get it fully wrinkle free! Bummer! I will try again, probably user error 😂

Steamer doesn't work, it makes a sound but steam never comes doesn't discharge. The product is poorly manufactured and based on the reviews, it should be discontinued. All customers who purchased steamer should be given a gift certificate for the current price.

Rowenta tends to be a better than average brand for steamers. .However this one was was a lost cause right out of the box. Would not produce ANY steam. Have returned it.

I just want to know how to get my very nice, thought I was getting top of the line, barely-used xcel steamer to work! I have not let water sit in it so it should not be unable to produce steam. That’s all this machine is supposed to do. And gone are the days of finding a repair shop who would be able to fix this thing within 500 miles. I do not want to have to throw my Rowenta steamer in a landfill.

My third time using my steamer it was not working. Read the manual double checked everything and still nothing. Would definitely not recommend.

Purchased this awhile back, but only used a few times. Initially, it worked well, but after probably no more than 20 uses, it just stopped working. No steam came out at all. I followed all the directions on the use and care of the product. Very disappointing as I have used Rowenta irons for years and been happy with them. Definitely will look for another brand to replace this defective product.

Wife was using this when she went to an office for work. Always cleaned, descaled and followed directions. Put it away and got it out as she needs to start working in the office again. It heats up BUT No Steam! Very Disappointed it is not working properly. Saw a YouTube video on the pump and think it needs to be turned to give pump more pressure. BAD DESIGN if customer needs to fix or send it out to an Authorized Repair shop to adjust the pump!

I have owned a Rowenta brand steamer for 10+ years. One year ago I purchased this model and have absolutely loved it! I have never had any issues with the steam not working. It heats up quickly and does a great job getting the wrinkles and creases out on even the toughest fabrics. I love the dual steam settings to adjust depending on the primary fabric of the garment i'm steaming. I own an iron but never use it because the steamer gets the job done every time.

Just like many other customers I am experiencing that same lack of steam despite all trouble shooting followed. We opened the box this morning and tried and was actually relieved to see the other reviews indicating the same problem. Wow.
