Easy to take one a day vitamin that is food-based with optimized B vitamins that is easily absorbed by the body. I like that it also has digestive enzymes and Probiotics. It also has a nice price point aand comes in an amber glass bottle to help protect the vitamins inside. This could be for a beginner or someone who has always taken a multivitamin. A much better option than mass market vitamins you find on the grocery shelf.

The quality of the product and the ease of taking it

I have taken these for a month now. I love that they are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. I feel like my overall energy is better. I feel confident in taking them because they are full of raw foods and they are packed with "B" vitamins, gluten free and have no added artificial colors or flavors! I feel great when I take this supplement. I use it every day and have much better energy levels since starting. I don't feel nauseaus at all (as I have with some vitamins) or have any bad reactions. Country life is a great company. This vitamin is for any mature woman.

It’s a great product. With pretty much all we need (vitamin wise) , in one product Boosts energy and an over all good feeling for the stresses of every day life. I know that only the purest forms of vitamins are incorporated in this “vitamin” This vitamin is good for beginner “ vitamin takers” or those of us that have been taking vitamins for awhile.
