Capsules are better for my teen son

I like that this vitamin is geared towards my son's teen body needs and that it is made from a naturopathic base. Also, since it's in a capsule form and not tablet it is much easier for my son to not feel the gag reflex.

Great for Teens

My teenage son loves these....I no longer have to beg him to take his vitamins. I think the name of them is what helps. Makes him feel grown up.

Great quality & price!

My 15 y/o son takes these and does great with them. Love that they are easy to swallow capsules and only 2 capsules per day unlike some others that require you to take 4-6 per day. He does feel a difference when taking these and I love that they are all natural and he's not putting any unnatural stuff into his growing body!
