These are Keepers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently switched this whole food vitamin from one that has similar ingredients but they are all synthetic. I watch a lot of health podcasts and read current research and there is a significant benefit to taking whole food vitamins. these do not upset my stomach and they contain all of the essentials. I trust Naturelo because I have contacted the company in the past and received fast, efficient and professional service.

Definitely buying again

A gentle, vegetarian option on par with other brands

Heading in the right direction

Has helped my nails grow!

However, it did well with helping mynails grow but I didn't see much of a difference in how my hair grew and thats what I really look for in a vitamin. I would definitely recommend it for someone looking for a vitamin.
