    I much prefer the capsules, which work well. The tablets are hard to swallow, especially as I take them prior to eating.

    A great Product

    If you have used enzymes in the past then do yourself a favor and buy this product. It is loaded with the right amount of everything to do it's job correctly. If you have shopped for this product in other stores you will see this is a steal, you won't regret it!

    Works Great For Me

    I take this daily and it has really helped with my digestion. It's not harsh on my system like other digestive enzymes I've taken.
