    Is my Psyllium Husk Fake

    Psyllium Husk caps are on a list of fake supplements sold No good controls in place to ensure suppliers are not distributing fake products

    Without knowing where you purchased the product, we cannot comment on its validity. Most of the counterfeit products pretending to be ours that we have encountered are sold in different countries, rather than in the USA. Purchasing online domestically from nowfoods.com or from reputable retailers who purchase directly from us is generally safe. If purchasing from Amazon.com it is safer to purchase if both the seller and the fulfillment is Amazon; the seller is normally disclosed near the button where you purchase an item.

    Convenient fiber!

    For years I took the granulated psyllium hulls which work fine to create fiber for good elimination but were messy. The capsules are very convenient and easy to use and work just as well if you drink plenty water when you take them!

    Psyllium Husk Caps are great!

    It's sad that most people have no idea they're getting too little fiber in their diet. But for those of us who do realize it, the next logical question is: What do I do about it? The 'Now' brand, available at a great price through Swanson, was clearly the answer for me. Although standard dosage is three capsules in the morning, three at night, I only needed two with my evening meal while following the three with breakfast. I've found Psyllium Husk Caps to be remarkably effective day in and day out, yet without sugar or other unwanted ingredients. Thanks, Swanson -- you've done it again!
