Do not buy this
This new one is absolute garbage. Only trust the recent reviews and not the overall. It’s bad bad. Different taste and I thought mine was spoiled.

Terrible...I never write reviews, but had to for this
I never review things online. But I came here to warn people NOT to buy this. Buy name brand, this is like a glass of water where they added a drop of Pepto. Tastes like water and does not help with stomach pain much at all.

Just buy the name brand. This will cost you more, since it does nothing but taste like Pepto-flavored water. I have an ulcer. I don't need this irritation.

Up&Up! Why the bad taste?
Two stars because at least it still works. As others have said, the taste was never good, but now it is awful. The amounts of ingredients under Other Information have also changed from prior up&up version: Potassium +17mg (not in name-brand), Sodium -1mg (still higher than name-brand), Salicylate +54mg (1mg off of name-brand). Number of Inactive Ingrediants increased, now with saccharine sodium, which might be what is causing that bitterness. Pics show label from prior up&up version.

I used to buy this and like others have said, the formula seems to have changed for the worst. When I first opened it, the taste was terrible but I thought maybe I hadn’t rinsed the medicine cup well enough and soap had gotten into the medicine. The second time I made sure the cup was completely rinsed and the medicine from the bottle tasted the same. It has a horrible, soapy taste now that stays in your mouth. It still seems to be effective but unfortunately I will have to be looking into other options
