What's the point
Grabbed this instead of the "complete" because I didnt see THAT option, and assumed like every other pancake mix that it's, well, pancake mix. It isn't. It's basically flour, sugar, and leavening. You have to add milk, eggs, and oil. At that point, just supply your own flour and sugar and save the money. Worthless, gonna see if I can return it unopened.

Like this mix, but you should have never changed the name. The vast majority of people were NOT offended by the name or picture on the box. In fact the “real” Aunt Jemima was honored! Nancy Green. The absolute best
I’ve tried many different pancake mixes, as well as making my own from scratch with recipes from Food Network and Cooks Illustrated… but I always come back to the original Pearl Milling mix. It turns out the best pancakes every time, consistently, with the best flavor and texture. Pro tip: the batter should be lumpy! Not huge lumps, but small lumps the size of peas. When it gets to that stage, stop mixing and let it sit for two minutes. Then you can start cooking. They will turn out thick, fluffy, and beautiful.
