    Best quality product

    So many people don't know that they are low on B-12 especially when you are older. I am almost 81 years old and take it along with other vitamins and minerals and I am blessed with my health at this age for taking m vitamins and minerals every day.

    I’ve been taking one a day since 2018 but it was recommended by my doctor! I would NEVER recommend to someone else because it’s different for every person and I think medical doctors are the ones who should recommend!

    Easy to take

I highly recommend it and I have not had any side effects at all. 1000mg last a while plus you get like a 3 or 4 months supply.
