    Best quality product

    So many people don't know that they are low on B-12 especially when you are older. I am almost 81 years old and take it along with other vitamins and minerals and I am blessed with my health at this age for taking m vitamins and minerals every day.

    I’ve been taking one a day since 2018 but it was recommended by my doctor! I would NEVER recommend to someone else because it’s different for every person and I think medical doctors are the ones who should recommend!

I highly recommend it and I have not had any side effects at all. 1000mg last a while plus you get like a 3 or 4 months supply.     Game Changer!

    Helps my brain feel good

    Helps my OCD and social anxiety, weirdly enough. More so than other b12’s I’ve taken. I take this with 25mg of P5P form of B6 and Jarrow’s Methyfolate, and fish oil. I do get a little nauseous for about an hour after I take it, but it’s worth it. When I puncture the shell and remove a little liquid from it, I don’t get as nauseous. Wish they made a 500 or 750mg version.
