I've been testing the Vichy LiftActiv Anti-Wrinkle Night Cream for just over two weeks, and it has become a staple in my evening routine. First, let me address irritation - I have sensitive, reactive skin, and this cream caused zero stinging, burning, or itching. It felt incredibly soothing from the first application. In terms of comfort, this is where the product truly shines; the texture is rich and velvety without being heavy or suffocating, and I wake up with skin that feels deeply nourished and supple. Regarding breakouts, I was pleasantly surprised - despite the creamy formula, it didn't clog my pores or trigger any new blemishes. My combination skin stayed clear and calm. As for redness, l often go to bed with some residual redness from the day, and this cream visibly calmed my complexion overnight. My skin looked noticeably more even-toned and less flushed each morning. The dispensing system is practical and hygienic - an airless pump that delivers just the right amount (one pump is enough for my face and neck), With no waste of mess. I'm a relatively new Vichy customer. Have been experimenting with quite a few different products within the past year and have come to really enjoy several of them. So much so, I appear to be converting over from a brand (after 30 years!) that makes you think their products come from a "Clinic" -- specifically, their men's line. Anyhow, I've had some VERY (VERY!) good success with the Pureté Thermale Fresh Cleansing Gel and the Minéral 89 Prebiotic Serum. Actually, I could just get buy with these two products alone I think, but I wanted to try a nighttime moisturizer as well, so I opted for the Liftactiv Anti-Wrinkle Firming Night Cream. I only used it a handful of times--not nearly enough to see if any "lifting" occurred--but it made me so oily, I wound up throwing out the entire jar. As a guy, my skin leans towards the oily side and this just exacerbated it. I had high hopes for it as there's was no alcohol in it. I've learned over the years that ANYTHING with alcohol in it causes me to get more oily. Unfortunately, even without the alcohol, this really didn't work for me at all. Furthermore, it even took a few days for my skin to get back to normal after not using it and my face in the morning just didn't look as good as without it. I took a break for about a week and went back to it. The same thing happened. That's when I tossed it in the trash and gave up. I will certainly continue to try other Vichy products, though, as I'm surprised how I was able to find two that worked so well for me right off the bat. I usually don't have that level of success with other brands of skincare, but I'm definitely going to stay the course with the cleanser and serum.

I apply a touch of cream all over my face, neck and décolleté, avoiding the eye area. This cream helps fight the signs of skin aging by visibly reducing the appearance of wrinkles and helping to increase skin firmness. I have been using this brand for a while now and I don't regret it.

I loved the old formula so much better than this newer one. This formula is okay, but it doesn’t make much of a difference with my skin. The older formula was amazing and I’m so disappointed they changed it.

three weeks, no difference. I heard from a colleague that this is a very good brand, online it was also one of the ones recommended but for the price, I expected at least something. Goes on smooth, feels nice but I get that from store brands.

I am so sad about the reformulation of this product. I previously used this moisturizer as my day and night cream, but because the new formulation includes hylauronic acid, I can only use it once every few days or else my skin looks crepey and irritated. I do hope Vichy brings back the old formulation for those who just want a nice, thick cream that works and doesn’t clog pores. Unfortunately, the day cream doesn’t provide the richness that I preferred from the former night cream formula.

I love all of Vichy’s products, so when I saw this I knew I had to try it. While I can’t say if it actually lifts, I bought it mainly for hydration and brightening and it does do both of those things! The price might seem a little much, but a little goes a long way!

This new formulation is just as superlative as the original formulation. The fragrance has not changed and it’s a soothing fragrance for night time rest and relaxation. My complexion feels fresh and well supported for regeneration while I am at rest. Vichy is an affordable and well formulated product.

I find it hurts my face kind of burns tingles unpleasant

I loved everything about this night cream and used it for years. Now it’s no longer in the blue container and you changed the formula and scent. WHY??? It smells like toilet cleaner just like the Neovidiol- disgusting!!!
