    my poor kitty!!!

My cat had a very bad reaction to this product. It was so bad my cat's fur started to fall out at the point where I applied the medication. A sore started to develop too. I took my poor cat to the vet. They tild me if I didn't bring him in when I did, his condition would have worsen. This vet bill cost me $230!!! So buyer beware!

Trsuted for grey cats and black and white cats

I have a grey cat - it worked really well on him. I recommend showering your cat with dawn soap to kill any existing fleas and eggs first (also make sure to clean your home good because it’s the eggs that are the issue) I usually clean the wooden floor with the Clorox safe for wood wipes for the swiffer and once it dries I use Raid for fleas on corners or I spray any carpet in a sweeping motion . Wait til it dries and air out ur place after 30 minutes. Repeat again the Next day for 3 days. Just be safe when doing so. Infestations can be bad! So that once it’s taken care of just use the drops consistently and during winter just give ur cat a break from the treatment. Good luck

    Pet armor was amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pet armor cat flea medicine was great for my pets. In the past we have had issues with the effectiveness and the overall sensitivity to flea medicine. I've had cats burn from their flea medicine in the past. I was so excited and relieved that pet armor had absolutely no side effects on my cats. It worked great for the full 30 days.

PetArmor Plus Keeps My Cat Comfortable and Flea-Free

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried PetArmor Plus Flea & Tick Topical for Cats and I'm very happy with the results. The application was simple and mess-free, and my cat didn't seem bothered during or after applying it. Within a short time, I noticed a big improvement—no more scratching, and the fleas were gone quickly. What I really appreciate is the lasting protection. It gave me peace of mind knowing my cat was protected not only from fleas but also ticks and lice. Another plus is that it's more affordable compared to some other brands, but it works just as effectively. Overall, this product does exactly what it promises. Easy to use, effective, and reliable—definitely something I'd recommend to other cat owners.

Works better than what the vet has

I used to get my cat’s flea treatment at the vet. One treatment costs twice as much as this whole box! The Pet-Armor works better in my opinion because I’m not seeing any fleas on my fur baby. It’s easy to apply and doesn’t have any odor.

    Does not work

I used this on my indoor cat, because I also have a dog that goes outside often and I saw a few fleas on the cat. I’ve applied it as instructed for 2 consecutive months and she still has fleas. It doesn’t work. My dog is on Frontline Plus and she does not have fleas. Very disappointed.

Was cheaper, so I tried it. My cat died of anemia a month later.

Money was tight, monthly flea med time was approaching, and the approaching summer season was bringing with it a frankly insane amount of fleas. So, I needed flea meds for my five fluffy babies, and I bought this instead of the better brand I normally use. I will regret doing so for the rest of my life. It did nothing for the fleas. Absolutely, literally nothing. I waited a few days, vacuuming and washing and mopping and flea combing in the meantime to keep the fleas away — but nothing happened. They multiplied. My cats were miserable. I was miserable. By two weeks into this, I had already bought the better brand and was literally counting down the days until I could give it to them (because it says in big red letters not to give cats any flea treatment more than once a month. And I foolishly, naively didn’t know that there were other options like capstar, and I thought ‘a month of fleas is annoying but not a massive problem. We can get through this!’ I was wrong.) Unfortunately, my poor, sweet, darling old man of an elderly cat couldn’t wait that long. A few days before I would finally be allowed to use other flea meds, I had to rush him to the vet only to find out that he was super anemic and positively covered in fleas that had hidden themselves from me in his thick, beautiful fur. He also had something underlying and chronic that had gone unnoticed, and the anemia kind of triggered a downward spiral. I lost him five days before I would’ve been allowed to give him better flea medicine. Five days. Within three days of giving the other cats the non-pet armor brand? The fleas were reduced by 90%. Within a week of the same level of dedication as I’d done the month before? Well. I’ve not seen a single flea in ages. My cats are happy. The vet says they’re fine, and told me that they wished products like petarmor would be taken off the shelf because they do *nothing* and can lead to issues like my own. Don’t make my mistake. Don’t end up paying more than a month of rent to try and fail to save your cat, to fix the seemingly benign mistake of buying the cheap flea meds instead of the more effective, more expensive ones. We all love our fur babies, that’s why we’re here. Why you’re reading this. I think petarmor probably loves cats too, and maybe somewhere this works in some small, lab-approved way. Or against certain types of fleas, maybe? But it didn’t work for my babies, and I will never, ever be taking the chance with the health and life of my cats ever again by buying this. To be clear, Petarmor did not kill my elderly cat. The vet seemed to think there was something going on with his kidney that had been long-term and chronic and common for his breed, and that alone would’ve been something that would be hard to deal with. His annual checkup was oh so ironically later that month. But I will say that the anemia brought on by blood loss from the fleas hastened his decline and made his last days miserable — and I will never forgive myself for, however unintentionally, bringing that on merely because I bought some flea medicine that didn’t work, but should’ve. So, no. I really can’t recommend anyone else buy this. Ever. (Below is a picture of my goodest old boy.)

I have used the product for many, many years. I have noticed that it wasn't covering the whole month. Now it's not working at all. My outdoor cats I applied 3 times in one month, thinking human error on my part. But, no it has stopped working. I have 13 animals that I have applied this too monthly. It does work for ticks BUT does NOT for fleas.

    Hurt Kitties

I followed the directions and both my cats yowled like it was hurting them. I felt so awful. I do not recommend it. I thought I was getting frontline, but thought the box above it at the store only came with one and this box showed 3.
