  • A: No. I have no idea why those are listed in the ingredients. The package doesn't say the same. I'm allergic to soy and milk and have been using this flour for months so at least I can attest to its lack of those two allergens.

    New to gluten-free flour

    My first time using this flour and I like it a lot! I baked a simple lemon cake with it using lemon-infused olive oil, lemon zest/juice as well as a couple of drops of K A's Fiori di Sicilia. It turned out great in taste and appearance!

    Great gluten free flour.

    I am an avid baker and love this flour. I simply substitute it for regular flour in all my recipes and it works perfectly. I have tried other brands in the past and they have not been satisfactory. All of my Christmas cookies and pie crusts were a hit this past season!

    Fast delivery of the absolute best one to one gluten free flour blends I’ve used to date. My family thoroughly enjoyed my homemade cornbread and cornbread dressing.     SUCH a wonderful product!

    Since beginning to bake for a wider audience (church), I needed to add gluten-free to my repertoire, but was somewhat intimidated. Measure for Measure ended that! Every tried-and-true recipe that I've ever had (except pie crust) works beautifully with this! Some, like my Chewy Pecan Blondies are actually BETTER---stay moist longer! Will never be without this!

    Gluten Free At Its Finest!

    I love King Arthur Brand!! Good ingredients and quality. I needed more last night for pizza dough but it does not mention on the front of this 1:1 measure for measure package of flour. NOT FOR BREADS, PIZZA DOUGH, OR BUNS. Lol I got it for pizza dough. Mistake!! It does not rise at all!! It does mention it on the back after I made my dough I was reading it all. I did 4 stars since it’s not mentioned on the front of the package. Other than that I know it will be great for cookies, cakes, desserts that doesn’t need yeast. I use the gluten free all purpose flour in this brand and it makes great bread and pizza dough, cookies and all. Target didn’t have that one. I also use King Arthur gluten free mixes, and they are all great!! I am the only one gluten free in our household and everyone else eats it because they can’t tell the difference. It’s truly AMAZING!
