Powerhouse of a kids probiotic
My kids regularly took a multivitamin + probiotic combo until I realized that the chewable in question only had *one* probiotic strain! A variety of strains is so critical to overall gut health, and various strains have been scientifically studied to benefit your body in different ways. We avoid gummy supplements per our dentist's recommendation. I was so glad to find the Garden of Life chewable with so many strains and best of all, my kids love taking it. It's a bit larger than the other chewables we have had in the past, but they don't seem to mind. 4 and 6 year old approved, and mom approved as well! 😁 Note: even if your child already takes a probiotic, changing strains can sometimes cause temporary mild GI upset as the stomach adjusts. This doesn't mean the probiotic "doesn't work" just that your system isn't used to that balance of cultures.

Upset tummy
My daughter had been taking a probiotic previously but didn’t love the taste, so we tried this one instead. After taking this one, she said it was terrible and she would rather go back to her old one. I told her we needed to finish the bottle first to give it a try and not waste it. A few days later, she had developed terrible gas, had diarrhea, and was complaining of stomach pains daikg. It took me a few days to put it together that this probiotic had been the change. This one just did not agree with her at all.

My almost 5 year old has had issues with constipation since age 2. Per his pediatrician, he was using miralax almost every day for over a year to keep him regular. :( I really wanted to find a better solution than daily miralax! So Thankful for This Product!! Try It!
I love this brand. I currently take the adult multivitamin and used the prenatal vitamins during both my pregnancies. So when my toddler was still consistently having constipation issues at 4 YO, we were recommended Miralax by her pediatrician and after researching the effects of Miralax decided to give that a hard pass and try this instead. It has worked perfectly. She rarely if ever has any issues going now and she doesn’t mind the taste either. I would say this is a Godsend and would highly recommend it to anyone. And in case you are wondering yes we were limiting sugar and processed foods in her diet. Minimal dairy, lots of water and organic foods. Ingredients in the food/products I give my children are important. While it may seem expensive, it’s well worth the peace of mind in every respect.

My 6 year old refuses them, and I tried it as well, super bitter taste. Made as a dime sized tablet, so they need to really chew it for a while. Wish it was more kid friendly as a gummy, because the ingredients are great!
