  • A: I will not use disposable cups, I like to use my own coffee in a reusable coffee filter. I tried every reusable filter that target cells and none of them fit this unit. So now I’m stuck with a coffee maker and no way to make coffee

  • A: Just to see if it would work, I just now used my reusable iCoffee iCup (the sole survivor of my iCoffee one cup machine, may it R.I.P.), and it worked perfectly fine in the Keurig K-Mini. Just had to be sure it was flush before closing, but it did the job and didn't kill my K-mini (whew!)

  • A: Not that I've found. Unless I'm doing something wrong, the Keurig Universal My K-Cup Reusable Coffee Filter, as suggested by Keurig Care, does not fit my brewer. It is too tall with or without the adapter.

  • A: You can buy the purple ones that Kroger (Dillon’s ) sells. I forget the name. I’ve had my mini for over five years. lol it’s pretty good. I’m in an apartment and it saves space! I’m getting ready to buy a new one because it’s just now starting to go bad. I do use it ALOT!

  • A: You have to remove the brewing unit that is already in the machine by pushing it up from underneath. We tried to get it out from the top and it didn't work. We were about to give up when my husband watched a video online about this machine and the reusable coffee filter. I was about ready to take both the coffee maker and reusable cup back to Target. Keurig just keeps telling people it is compatible but doesn't tell them what they have to do . When you look at the machine from the top it appears that the installed k-cup filter is one piece unable to be removed and it would not lift out from above. I hope this helps anyone else who has an issue with the reusable cup.

Q: We have had a single-serve Keurig for about a year. All of a sudden when you put the pod in, push down on it and push the center button in the coffee maker turns off. We have to play with it several times before it works. Any suggestions?

  • A: Mine NEVER makes hot coffee, only cool coffee. I have to microwave my cup of coffee after using my single serve keurig which defeats the purpose of having one! I'm furious! I only had it a few days before I realized it isn't making hot coffee and there is no fix for the issue

  • A: Keurig offers another model of this coffeemaker which includes a removable water reservoir, as well as the option of a stronger brew. It is far better, in my opinion. I purchased the lesser model sold here by Target and within a year I upgraded to the slightly more expensive version. They are both fine coffeemakers but if you're like me and want the best version, this one isn't it.

  • A: It appears the My K Cup fits this model according to Keurig's website. They have this model (though Plus - w/removable water reservoir and K cup storage bin accessory) and in it's detailed description is indicates it's My K Cup compatible. I'll update if that isn't the case once I pick mine up today or tomorrow.

    Poor performance.

    Within a year, I have had two of these and both have broken down within six months each time. You can't take these apart to figure out what was wrong with it. I've done the proper cleaning and it still doesn't work properly so for the second time it's going in the trash. I will not purchase this again. Very disappointing that it doesn't last longer than that. The one positive note he does make a good coffee.

    Don’t buy! I bought a Keurig, and it lasted at least a year. I bought another one, and it lasted less than a month. And I replaced it yet again with Keurig, purchased it in September and it only lasted for 20 days! I’m not buying Keurig anymore

    They only last a few months.

    This is garbage, but the only one that fits our needs. We need one that's single serve and small enough to store in the cupboard when done making coffee. We have to keep buying these once or twice a year. They work great for a few months then stop. This is our fourth and need to get another one. It just stops heating the water. If there was another brand that makes single serve k-cups and can store when not using, we'd be all over it. According to the definition of insanity, it might apply to me because I keep buying them.

    where did the water go

    This is super cute and I dont mind that you have to fill every cup. The only thing I have found is that when you put water in and start the first cup the water disappears and you get no coffee. you have to fill twice for one cup of coffee.

    Warranty process was terrible.

    Warranty process was terrible. Took a considerable amount of time to sort everything out. Numerous calls and emails. Then, they only offered weird colors as warranty replacements; I couldn't get a black replacement for my dead black coffee maker. Third Keurig coffee maker that has died in a few months after purchase. I'll never buy anything Keurig again.

    Function of K-Mini

    When filling water tank it is difficult to see the ounces because there is no contrast; it is clear on clear. When I use the 8oz measure I only get about 4 ozs of coffee so I am always using the 12oz measure. As far as coffee taste, it is good when I brew it on strong. The only reason I bought a new coffee maker is because my old one quit working.

    Great little machine. Perfect for making a cup of coffee or more if needed via separate brews. Super easy to use. No need to empty the water reservoir as you only fill it to your cup size. Beautiful colours to choose from.

    Won't pump water

    This is the second Keurig K-Mini that has stopped pumping water after just a few months of use. It works great when it works. And then it just doesn't.

    Wonderful!

    This is an amazing coffee maker. We use it for travelling and always have the best coffee on the go! It is so small and does the same job as the much larger keurig coffee makers!
