    Watermelon wave of energy!

You can tell it has caffeine because it definitely perked me up after drinking it. Nothing crazy but noticable. Flavor wise I was not a huge fan, if you like that sweet overly fake watermelon flavor this may be for you. Reminded me of a watermelon jolly rancher flavor.

The container was almost impossible to screw shut. Powder went everywhere. But now to talk about the product itself. I used it several times before my strength workout. I found that it gave me energy and kept me hydrated. I would purchase this again in the future.

I mean there is definitely a list of things (ingredient list pictured), but none of it specifies that it’s basically pre-workout without the weird skin crawling itch. Taste is so good and it mixes in super easy (I just use a straw, no fancy mixer required). I will definitely be purchasing again!!

    Okay, but wouldn’t buy

It’s really hard to mix with a spoon…with it being so dry, it clumps together once you add it to water. I prefer a more refined powder. Not tested for heavy metals I believe, so that may be something to look into.

I tried to only because I took a break from the gym and this gave the itchy/jittery effect and needed to go for run or something. lol mixes well and tastes like a diet watermelon drink with a bit of tart to it.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Am I a skeptic when it comes to powders and supplements? Of course. I have been scarred before. But this? One sip and I was flabbergasted at how smooth and bright the flavor was. The package itself is great, easy to screw on the lid, and the little scoop being provided was helpful (not every powdered supplement does this, so count your blessings). It blended up wonderfully with my frother in half the amount of time suggested. As for the taste, it reminds me of a watermelon Jolly Rancher, with a slight fake-sugar aftertaste (the only reason I'll dock a star, as sucralose isn't my favorite). Honestly though, it's not bad and this powder comes with a plethora of benefits from electrolytes to amino acids that are great for those looking to boost their energy and recovery after workouts Would I consider buying this? Yes, I would. If you're someone in the market for a great pre-workout drink that boasts more perks than just caffeine, ON's Essential Amino Energy is a great place to start!

    Refreshing Energy with a Twist

The taste is phenomenal, they nailed a true jolly rancher watermelon without being too sweet & just the right amount of tartness. I dont notice it at first, but as I drink on the mix does get that chalky taste/feeling at the end. For the value, its definitely worth it. The size is generous & it did give me a great bout of energy.
