Not effective.
I have sensitive skin and have to be careful about the products I try, saw the reviews about stinging and burning, but I did not experience any of that. However, it did not depuff instantly, there is a minor improvement of puffiness after a couple hours. There are other offerings at Ulta that are more effective at a lower price point.

I was hoping it would work, but did not.
I have puffy eyes and have been looking for something to help "de-puff" other than cosmetic surgery. I was truly hoping this would at least help a bit, but it did not. I returned. At least it did not cause harm. Hope it works for others.

I was hesitant about this product, but I decided to splurge and try it out. Typically, I feel like I need to use an under eye concealer to feel confident. But after I started using the Instant De-Puff I haven't used anything! I am so impressed with this product- it firms, enhances, and moisturizes my skin!

Great Product
Gave this serum 4 stars because of problems with the applicator. Have purchased this product several times and every time the dispenser seems to jam and stops dispensing the serum, twisted the top section off and a decent amount of product left. Definitely need to fix this problem.
