So smooth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This heel balm is the best I have tried! It goes on so smooth and my heels are noticeably softer by morning. I keep mine in my nightstand, glide some on, top with a pair of cotton socks, and go to sleep. Completely mess free!

This is my favorite, FAVORITE, thing I've found for the feet! I don't use my buffer as much as I used to. Plus, it's super easy to apply. Zero mess (but don't press too hard, because that *can* be a little goopy), think of it like a lip balm and just run it across your heel. I use it while I'm sitting in my chair at night, feet kicked up. And sometimes, if it's chilly enough, again before bed and I'll wear socks to bed (thus the need for the weather to be a bit chilly).

I use a used up cuticle serum to scoop some of the balm up and the rub it on my cuticles before I go to bed every night. It is a cuticle life savor - especially during these winter months! It's one of my all time favorite products from Olive & June!

Needs some quality control
I like this product but have had some issues with it. I have used this product for quite a while now. Some sticks are great no problems and others crumble and you have to dig it out of the tube. Quality control is a true issue.

so sorry to hear this! When opening Heel Balm, we recommend, wiggling the plastic back and forth slowly to loosen it up before popping it off. Deeply moisturizing
This is so moisturizing and a staple in my routine. I've had this for about 10 months now and will be replacing when my stick is out. I use the foot serum then layer with this and put on some comfy socks before bedtime to lock it in. I agree with other reviews that the texture is soft and you could easily over apply, but I feel like this is easily remedied by only having a bit of the product out at a time and using a light hand.
