Before Kodiak, I'd never heard of whole grain pancakes/waffles so this product really had me intrigued. The fact that it is protein-packed is an added bonus. I sampled the Kodiak Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix in the blueberry flavor, and it did not disappoint. Wholesome quality ingredients, with the subtle taste of blueberries. I served this, for breakfast, 3 days in a row. My flapjacks were golden brown to perfection and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would definitely keep this stocked in my pantry.

I love this flavor! It's my favorite of all the Kodiak pancake mixes. Please continue to sell it. Everyone has different taste buds, so some people may think this flavor is sweet. I don't find it sweet at all, but it does have a nice fruit flavor to me. A wonderful blend of raspberry and lemon. Not overpowering, in my opinion. There are little chunks of dried raspberry in the mix, which I also like. I love to eat these with a little melted cream cheese and maple syrup on top.

Was a hit with my family
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family LOVES pancakes so getting the chance to try these I knew would be a hit with them. Starting with portions used the whole box as a family of 6 and each person got 2 regular sized pancakes with a few extra. Right from the start you could tell these were blueberry. It smelled so good just mixing them. You could see the blueberries in the batter as well. They cooked perfect and the family agreed they were flavorful. We added some fresh blueberries too but kids took them all before I could get a photo. They’ve even request some blueberry syrup for next time. They now want to try the chocolate and the fun recipes on the back. Thanks Kodiak and Influenster for the chance to try this product.
