Will have to update when I have been taking this long enough to see skin improvement. I did specifically choose this brand after researching the specific Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains that have been shown to improve the skin and/or skin microbiome. The gel capsules have a funny taste, but not a huge deal. Other than that, no side effects or any others. Good product!

Great for my acne prone skin
I’ve taken this for over a month now and my skin is so much clearer , the breakouts I do get are smaller, less severe and much less frequent ,and my skin is healing better. Overall my skin looks healthier .I would highly recommend you try this if you have acne prone skin , love the quality ingredients !

Works for skin-
I was looking for certain probiotic strains that specifically work for skin - Dr Formulated Skin was very good, but you can't get it- they are having supply chain issues for months and months. Codeage has similar components- and i was very happy to see that. It's been very good thus far- and I hope they continue to make this and procure some of the strains. I hope it continues to be tested as well- as its worrying to source from some markets that have trace amounts of other elements- so, I am very happy with this probiotic so far!

Waiting to see results

I like it so far!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I think Codeage is a quality product that is effective in keeping my skin relatively clear and my bowels regular. I still would like to see more improvement in my skin and gut health, but I also understand it takes time to see lasting change. Plus, I'm not done with my bottle because I've been taking only 1 pill a day (I didn't want to start off too strong). I'm sure I'll have more of an opinion once I complete the bottle.

It Was Ok
Using this product was good for my skin, but it had repercussions in my gut. Every once in a while, I'd suffer mild nausea. I didn't throw up, however. Unfortunately, it just recently caused me to have my period 10 days earlier, and I bled very heavily leaving me drained and exhausted. I think I'll just stick to Women's SBO Probiotics from now on. That alone made me feel much better.

Seem to work pretty well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased for my pre teen son who is experiencing some hormonal acne, after 2 1/2- 3 weeks of taking them regularly his skin did seem to clear up quite substantially. Of course he also uses a daily facewash and toner, but these seem to help on another level. Definitely worth a shot if your kiddo is struggling with acne!

I have only been taking it for a month. So far I haven’t noticed any difference. I’m not sure how long it takes to see improvements but I will keep taking them for awhile. I still have hope it will start showing some improvement.
