    Stop selling junk

    Quality is crap. Screws do not line up with their applicable holes. Product is too heavy to take apart and return so then you are just stuck with it. Stop selling junk!

    Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service this last week!! Neville was horrible!! I wrote (long) message to Target Customer Service, the day of our purchase, but still have not heard back!!!! The item itself, is great!! But, we will no longer shop at Rancho Cordova location, if this is the type of employees management wants running their store!! Plus, there is weekly police presence there, due to theft in store & parking lot!! We have witnessed first hand & read reports daily in police logs/apps online!!! You are risking your safety if you shop the Olson Drive location in Rancho Cordova!!!

    Don't waste your $ !!!!

    It's rickety, the dowels don't fit (yes they're all in the right places) on the last piece we put on, one of the dowels poked through the side!! I wouldn't have paid $40 for this had I known the lack of quality 🙄 I would score the value as $0 because I'm so mad I spent so much!!!

    Customer Service (Murphy & Gale) Suck

    2 stars only for the aesthetics. Bought not even a month ago, each shelf is supposed to hold 30lbs. One already busted with little to no weight. Called customer service for a replacement, they want me to disassemble, lug this heavy thing (again) to the store, in pieces since I no longer have the box, for them to start the return process before they can even give me a replacement. 0 stars for customer service & quality

    Poor return and replacement options

    Item was damage from FedEx delivery, called customer service I will have to return it, wait for the refund, order it again, and call for they can help with a discount because original order was placed with 20% promo discount. It’s a shame you can’t warranty the condition of your product and make it hard to the customer instead of offering better solution. Why can’t you drop of a replacement while picking up the return item so I don’t have to wait for weeks on something I should have had already put together. Will never order furniture from you. I’m sorry but if I can’t have at my home what you are selling online because you can’t warranty the delivery I can’t rate this product accordingly.

    Durable, tasteful 15 year old shelves survived 3 kids.

    For the price, this shelf rules! When used horizontally in brown, it outlasts the ikea shelves. Currently using horizontally in a craftsroom with duplicate stacked above. My kids used to sit on this shelf & build legos. After kids room it was transferred to craft room & has taken a beating. Scratches disappear with a sharpie & it still bears weight. Very durable shelves.
