Runs off and colour is off
I'm normally a 3.75-4 in Benefit brow products but had to go a 2 warm Blonde because everything else was way too dark. When I put it on, it runs off and smudges in no time. Worst brow product ever.

Sharpen to bits
The one star is for developing the perfect colour, however, the amount of sharpening needed to be done without breaking a piece is unfathomable. Each time I thought it was sharpened to get a little bit of product to appear all around, the piece snapped off. The durability is for the investment does not match.

My bestie
I love this eyebrow pencil with all my heart. I usually use two colours: most of the time-2.5 neutral blonde and some time 3.5 Neutral Medium brown. 2.5 it is more lighter and colder shade then 3.5. I prefer to put on 3.5 shade for evening makeup, for everyday 2,5 looks more natural for me considering my facial tone and hair colour. The pencil is medium soft, on other side there is a brush , which one doing a good job. I also use the different Benefit products for my eyebrows for make them perfect. This pencil is not cheap, but compared to different eyebrow pencil , this one I can use 2,5-3,5 months every day. Different pencils , which I tried , run out faster.

Forever Repurchase
I will always have this product in stock no matter the amount of eyebrow products I'm trying out! This is the most reliable for a natural finish that will last all. day. long. and doesn't look like your grandma's drawn on eyebrows. I have areas completely thinned out and it still wears all day without having any hair to cling to.

I feel brow pencils are so underrated. They are so easy to use and mess free. You can go as light or dark as you like. It has greater precision. Makes my brows look full without looking harsh

Unable to sharpen pencil
I like and use other benefit brow products and I liked this product too. Until you have to sharpen it. When you attempt to sharpen this pencil, you're first able to remove the outside wood but then you encounter the plastic enclosed brown pencil. You cannot sharpen the plastic enclosure off. I used a standard pencil sharpener, a knife and a razor blade. The hard plastic removes but it take the pencil with it. Terrible for the money and a disappointment with benefit's design. I've attached what is left of this pencil after attempting to sharpen. It's almost comical.

Finally a color and texture that's perfect for me
I'm a natural redhead (copper shade) and its so hard to find a color that works for me. I was using #2 for a while, it just wasn't right but the closest i could get and i tried #3 but it wasn't right either. So here comes 2.5 and its perfect! I like this pencil version better than the automatic ones, it goes on and rakes through the brows effortlessly. Please keep this pencil around and don't change the colors or formula because it really is perfection.

Benefit, PLEASE never ever ever get rid of or discontinue this beloved product unfortunately, I don't have much brow at all. Just a few hairs on each side. When I tell you that I've tried every brow pencil and brow pen- I truly have and NOTHING has ever worked for me quite like this magical pencil this is the ONLY product that makes it look as though I have NATURAL beautiful brows. I've never seen anything else like this magical product in the market. I have ONLY used this beloved volumizing/fiber pencil since I got it when it first released. I love many of your products, but this pencil is by far my most favorite thing from your brand and one of my top HOLY GRAIL products in my day to day routine. I promise to be a customer forever- please never get rid of this magical formula! You truly are such an innovative brand. Love you guys so much!

Pulls out brow
I love Benefit eye products. This brow pencil pulls out my brow hairs. I've used other brow pencils in between. When I return to this pencil I lose my brow.

Eyebrow pencil
I bought this pencil just before Christmas for £24.50. It is awful and does nothing for my brows and no colour. So I tried to sharpen it but it just keeps breaking so it is now unusable. An expensive pencil and a complete waste of money.

Impossible to sharpen
Pencil color is amazing but once you have to sharpen is a nightmare and a waste of money. Could not sharpen, the point kept breaking I wasted more than half pencil try different sharpeners. Impossible to sharpen ;( and it’s expensive! Please fix this problem benefit

Perfect for those novices of us
My Black Friday steal; I love this product. It's easy to use and just the right amount of paint to creat a natural looking brow. I have light brows and needed something to darken them. There's no mess or need to be an expert. They help you color in the perfect brow. Will continue to buy them and hope they never discontinue the product. I partner it with benefit brow volumnizing gel and the result are natural looking brows.

The pencil does not sharpen
I bought the pencil and when I tried to sharpen it, saw that the pencil would keep breaking because of the inner plastic coating which is very sturdy. It went from full size to a third of it before I could use some of the pencil. I did not keep proof of purchase and customer service cannot help.
