The Best Whole Wheat Flour
I’ve been baking whole wheat/white flour bread for decades. KAF flours are the best. Several times I tried other brands, but this whole wheat is the absolute best for texture and flavor.

Best flavor

Best flour for almost everything
This is my go to flour for bread, cookies, gravy, biscuits, pancakes, muffins - just about anything except pie crust. I do substitute the King Arthur Regenerative Whole Wheat Flour for Organic Whole Wheat when I can get it.

I always use King Arthur flours. I bake their No-Knead Bread quite often making a 50:50 mixture. Consistency is how I describe KA products. Most recipes specify King Arthur for a good reason. As we say here on Maui, No Ka Oi, the best!

Must have for my Cottage Bakery
I use KAF Organic Whole Wheat Flour as well as the Organic Bread Flour to make my Organic Seeded Multigrain Sourdough Loaves that I sell at our local Farmers Market. This loaf is one of my best sellers. I can rest assured my loaves will turn out great using KAF flours. I appreciate the dependability thank you KAF.

So good a raccoon got into it!
This must be a nice flour because i wasn’t home when my order was delivered and when I got home the next day the box was ripped open and the whole wheat flour was pulled out ripped open and dragged across the yard. I reordered a new bag and use it for sourdough and it is delicious!
