Easy to mix
I wanted an inositol supplement in a convenient powder form, and this fits the bill. Very easy to dose and mix into smoothies, even cereal, other foods. I try to take it cold when possible. I need to try to regulate my cycle and something to boost energy, alongside some lifestyle changes for overall health.

I bought this liposomal ovarian inositol because this is the best type of supplement, your body absorbs and uses it more effectively. I have been using this for a while and you can definitely tell the difference in the way you feel and your hormonal healthy. I live that it's in powder form , I prefer powder form as I can add it to any liquids I'm drinking and i personally think that works best for me . I feel better and this has helped my overall female health .

Well rounded hormone supplement
I am heading toward perimenopause and this is a great supplement to help balance my hormones and which hopefully would in turns support my ovarian health. This supplement blends also added a few antioxidant that are great for women. Q10 is great for heart health as well. I would recomend it!

I bought this product a couple of weeks ago and I’m very happy with it, it’s good quality and tastes good. I feel like it helps me drink more water and keeps me fuller for longer so I snack less. I also love that it contains several vitamins I was taking as separate pills, it’s nice to take less pills every day.

Amazing results!
I bought this inositol supplement after trying several others without great success. I was hoping to get a handle on hot flashes that were waking me overnight. I am very pleased to share thie liposomal inositol has been a life altering addition to my daily supplements. I would say my hot flashes have reduced by at least 75% if not more. I am so pleased I decided to give one more inositol a shot!

First, it's especially great that Codeage offers alternate forms such l of supplements such as powder. Taking too many pills can be tiring. This is great for hormonal balance. I've always had heavy and really long periods, but I've noticed a change. I recommend this.

Dissolves nicely and tastes good
I like that this includes COQ10 and is a liposomal form of delivery. Liposomal delivery means that it is absorbed more effectively. Inositol is great for women to regulate hormones, particularly for women with PCOS or in menopause. This powder is easy to take. It dissolves nicely in water and does not have a bad taste. The berry flavor is pleasant and I could see it mixing into a smoothie nicely.

Unexpectedly Impressed
I purchased this supplement in capsule form in hopes to combat some fertility struggles. After a month of taking it, I am sleeping better. I have more energy throughout the day and wake up feeling more refreshed than I did before. I do take melatonin, which used to sometimes make me feel groggy in the mornings - not anymore. I've also lost a few pounds while taking this supplement and haven't changed much regarding diet or exercise. I had my first menstrual cycle while taking it this week and it was lighter than usual (I have heavy periods). I like that it has CoQ10 and Folate as well to support egg health and connective tissue development.
