And although I’m still young I just had to purchase these vitamins. It’s packed with so much vitamins. Who couldn’t use these vitamins? I like that it’s good for your vision, heart, brain & general health if your body. It is pack with the vitamin essential your body needs. The Centrum is a complete multivitamins with the highest level of vitamin D. These vitamins are very easy to swallow. This is a brand I have trusted as has my mom. For a while I was using a product you see on tv with initials BON. I stopped it due to the absolutely insane price and subscription. I started taking these and wow… feel way better overall. These are now my daily. I highly recommend this. My Dr numbers show improvement as well on some minerals I was low on. It’s legit.

I take this every morning with breakfast. It’s a larger vitamin so if you have trouble swallowing keep this in mind. It is coated and makes it easier to swallow. I personally like the vitamins and minerals it has in each capsule.
